    Bad Points: Can't really think of any real bad points other than some sizes were running low at the time.


    General comments: After much searching around for some decent mens underwear (other than the usual boring grey underwear found in most high streets) Quake was recommended to me to by a colleague who also bought some swimming shorts from the same company.I don't make a habit of leaving reviews for things, but felt on this occasion it was worthwhile as they don't seem to get the same coverage as other companies in the same field, yet their service was second to none and I felt this was worth a mention for several reasons.Firstly, as I'm relatively new to internet shopping I felt the website was easy to use compared to others I've come across, and they'd obviously thought things through from a shopper perspective.Secondly, as they sell some products which aren't generally available in the UK elsewhere, I wasn't sure about the quality or sizes of some of those I liked the look of. Before I purchased anything I decided to ring them to make some enquiries, and I have to say their knowledge and helpfulness really impressed me, and they advised me in a number of areas of things I perhaps wouldn't have thought of. Following this I purchased some items, via the website, and despite the relatively low delivery cost, was surprised to have my order despatched and delivered to me the following day. The products I'd ordered were exactly as described to me by the staff I'd spoken to.Lastly one important point I feel is worthy of a mention is that they also give the option to send the order with all the packaging removed. I'd never seen this elsewhere not even in high street shops, and thinking about it makes perfect sense to me as I would have simply thrown it out myself anyway, and it probably makes delivery easier particulary if it fits through a letter box. This option isn't obvious until you go through the checkout process so worth mentioning.Overall I would defaintely shop with this company again, purely from a customer service point of view, and because the website isn't cluttered up with all the usual adverts etc making it really easy to find products and place an order. the only reason I wouldn't rate it higher than an 8 is because some of the products I liked were not available in my size.
