    Good Points: Good product

Bad Points: Absolutely awful customer service, possibly the worst I've ever had of any organisation (and that includes the banks!)

General comments: Firstly, I must stress that I have not had this product installed for the reasons I'll now outline:Having researched the whole artificial lawn sector and had samples from 4 or 5 of the main players I felt that the lazylawn product stood out as the best product out there. So, I then got a quote, which was a reasonably painless process. Then the issues begun. The people that gave us a quote (LazyLawn's Guildford office) were very slow in responding to questions about finding an installed lawn we could view (its a big expense this, so seeing a 10 inch sample doesnt really give you a clear idea of whta the final lawn will look like - so seeing a fully installed lawn is pretty important in my opinion) and then they went on holiday for 5 days so we contacted head office and asked them if we could see an installed lawn. They obviously didnt read our request which was clearly laid out in an email and instead sent us a new quote - for exactly the same lawn (same drawings, same dimensions, same LazyLawn product) but considerably more expensive (interesting pricing policy, it might be worth calling each of their 'offices' to see which gives you the best quote?!)Still no sign of a lawn we could view which was become very frustrating by this time as some of their competitors were much hungrier for a sale and were contacting us with offers and dates of when they could do an install. But we held out, assuming the guys at LazyLawn would get their act together. Surely their customer service can't be this bad?Having had more and more frustrated communications with these guys desperate to try and see an installed lawn, they then became quite rude and stopped replying to any emails at all - despite me saying that I felt this was the best product and I wanted to proceed with it despite thier communication issues. After a few weeks of emailing them several times I gave up and went with one of their competitors as they just decided not to answer any communication. I hope for their sake that they're so busy that they can happily treat some of their potential customers this poorly and still be thriving. As I've already mentioned, I do think that the LazyLawn set of products are very good - market leading possibly. However, if they treat all their customers with this level of appauling customer service I'm sure their sales will slow down very soon as their competitors products are very similar to theirs, and although I do really like the Lazylawn product its really not worth the hassle of their awful customer service levels and their attitude toward customers to consider them.Steer clear!
