I like the handling and the looks of the car. It gets you from point a to point b and is an amazing daily driver. Not everyone has one of these, unlike a Grand Am or Escort. The Avenger has sportier looks than those cars,in my opinion too! And if you want to make it into a one-of-a-kind, there are enough aftermarket accessories out there to choose from! The automatic tranny could be better....

Overall the Dodge Avenger ES is one of the few that HOTT straight out of the factory. The interior is very comfortable, stylish, and just simply useful. The powerplant is more than enough for the car, and other than having some problems with changing the spark plugs (back 3 are hidden under the intake manifold) the engine is very easy to work on. Got a 95 Avenger es for my first car. I love it, and the girls do too. The car has great pickup as far as i can tell, and its roomy. I'm pushin 6 ft 3 and i need some room, and this car has it. I love that the seats fold down in the back, you can fit two people layin in there. Overall its a great car, couldn't have had a better first car....

yeah i gotta agree with you bout the no sharp turn deal...also my 2000 has a tiny ashtray! i hate that i only have 1 cup holder, my passengers have to hold there drinks!
