Good Points: None

Bad Points: 1. very unprofessional2. Did not give money back due to lack of performance, I eventually got £40 back but only after consistant harassment. This was the only amount that she would refund3. She responds to the intial consultation very promptly and thereafter until payment is received, but as soon as payment is cleared from your account, she is not accomodating at all, she does not respond to emails or phone calls. I tried to call before she went on holiday she did not respond.

General comments: Jasmines Majic Parties were very unprofessional and entertainer did not do what he was supposed to have done.1. Payment of £240 was paid 4 wks in advance . Two days prior to party, tried to get hold of them, had no response. She was on holiday, but did not even bother to put this on her messaging service and I had no email response or telephone response. I got call the night before to confirm. The entertainer could not be understood by the children as he had a very very strong accent. The children were very very bored, there was no exitement at all.Jasmines Majical Parties are only an agent. I could have hired the entertainer direct for £120. This was a huge dissappointment. I tired to get half the money back because there was no disco or majic show, but she refused to issue refund.
