Hoping that just consuming Alli would be fool hardy, you also need to combine it with regular exercise or else it won't work. the effects also take time to show, it would be atleast a month before you start losing weight. I did lose some weight as I completely lost my appetite, but it did such a number on my intestines that I had to stop and would never think the increased weight loss was worth the distress. Have been on Alli now for about 8 weeks. Was a little worried at first when I first saw the side effects on going to the loo - dayglo orange! - but do feel it has given my low fat diet a boost.
