    Have been on Alli now for about 8 weeks. Was a little worried at first when I first saw the side effects on going to the loo - dayglo orange! - but do feel it has given my low fat diet a boost. I also feel that they lift your mood and give you more energy; so much so that I don't take one after lunch now because I was awake half the night!

    Firstly, this Alli Weight Loss product is only available through a pharmacy to overweight people (bmi over 25). The reason this product is contolled like this is because there is clinical evidence that this drug works. In fact it is a lower dose of orlistat - a drug which is available on prescription only for the obese. All very encouraging. The drug works preventing the body from breaking down and absorbing fat after each meal. There are some unfortunate side effects as a result of this (see ba ...
