    Good Points: The price was pretty good for all the hassle we had to deal with! What a bargain they offer on the stress!


    Bad Points: EVERYTHING! This was an all around terrible experience. Even when we finally got someone who could help us they were laughing about the situation we were in. NO offers of a discount or refund or ANYTHING for our trouble. STAY AWAY!!!!


    General comments: DO NOT book your vacation through BookIt.com! We booked in march for our vacation in June. We traveled from Michigan to Kissimmee, FL. When we arrived at the address of the place we were to check in and receive our keys - IT WAS BOARDED UP AND FOR SALE!!!! Here we were, on a Sunday evening (4:00pm), with our 5 children (who were miserable from the drive across the country), in the middle of a "much less than desirable area" with NO ONE to help us. We called BookIt.com multiple times only to be transferred or disconnected. After 4 1/2 hours of begging for some type of help from them they managed to find us another location where we could pick up our keys and check in. They said it was "right around the corner" but it was AN HOUR away!! This was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had to deal with for a vacation.

    Booked a hotel early 2009 for 10 people in Miami Beach through bookit.com. Three rooms booked and confirmed through bookit.com. Upon arival only two rooms available after a 5000 mile journey. After much disussion with hotal and bookit.com some of our party were relocated and bookit.com and hotel agreed refund for 1 night stay. After holiday no refund was issued so we entered into disussions with bookit.com only for the offer of a refund to be denied by bookit.com and the hotel (Casa Grande Suite ...

    do not book large group through bookit.com! the prices advertised are unbeatable, but time spent on the phone with them, might outweigh the savings! i spent a good part of 4 days on the phone with them!!!
