    Good Points: Contains real silver.
    Odourless.
    Easy to use.

Bad Points: It doesn't clean grime from the lining (though it doesn't claim to).
To remove filth, you'll have to use a helmet cleaner, or wash the lining, first.

General comments: I've always wondered why products like trainer deodourisers didn't have silver in them, because silver doesn't just kill the bacteria, but it's presence prevents the little cretins from growing back.

So when I was looking for a helmet care kit, I was surprised to find this one from V2, that claims to have exactly that. Had to try it, obviously.

I'm pleased to report that, just like the V2 "Shiner" helmet polish, and the V2 Sponge, this works exactly as advertised.

Very easy to use, just spray it in the helmet and leave to dry. It has a citrus smell, but that disappears as the formula dries, and all that is left is an odourless, bacterialess lid.

Obviously, it doesn't shift dirt, however. For that, I use Muc-Off's "Foam Fresh", then apply this to destroy all the microbes.

Works perfectly; I haven't even felt the need to remove my linings and give them a wash, yet, not even on my off-road helmet. This product will seriously lengthen the time between washes, because your helmet simply won't smell.

I would love it if they sold this in larger bottles, so I could do the same to my sofa, mattress, shoes, and other household items that build up bacteria but are inconvenient to clean.

    Highly recommended.
