“Avoid like the plague! You have been warned.”

I ordered a bed frame in the beginning of October 2016 and paid in full. The delivery schedule was two to three weeks. Its now nearly THREE MONTHS (Jan 2017) and I'm still waiting!!! Customer service (through email), is quick to reply however they can not answer your questions regarding an eta. They just give you various excuses for delays. How does one condense the ineptitude and stupidity of this entire organisation into one succinct paragraph? Delayed delivery, wrong product, and further delayed delivery to the point we had to ask for a refund. Worst service ever chosen next day delivery....bed frame extent came because they forgot to load on truck and delivered the mattress that was the wrong size! Awful customer service and was told a manager would call, they didn't I had to do all the chasing. Trouble from the start, ordered bed frame, received 2 emails looking like I had order 2, had 1 cancelled. Had order confirmed and day for delivery ,when day came I tried to track delivery but couldn't. I was so excited to find an on-line bed supplier that could deliver quickly as I needed a bed urgently for a relative about to come out of hospital. Bed never arrived - they never even had the product in stock when I ordered it. Was offered another bed then told I had to pay £60 to receive it because it was more expensive. When I refused to pay they told me they would put it through for me and that it would be delivered the next day. Delivery for Saturday was confirmed at checkout, followed a few hours later by an email confirming that there was no stock available and that they would update us on Monday. “Ordered a bunk bed but missing the slats”

I ordered a bunk bed for my children and received three boxes of parts. Two boxes were identical so I had duplicate parts for some of the bed but missing loads more parts. Incredibly unreliable. Do not order form this company despite promises to deliver a bed failed on several attempts. Should you try to get onto customer service you will be surprised that despite calling at the earliest possible opportunity you will be 14 /19th in the queue.
