    I ordered my beds for 'next day delivery'. Nothing turned up. I got a call the following day saying the beds would be delivered the following day. I took a day off work to sit and wait. Nothing turned up. I called to find out why and the only excuse they had was their driver 'ran out of time' and they could not explain why I hadn't been informed.

    NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE IN EVERY WAY. GET YOUR BEDS ELSEWHERE.

    I can not even put into words how angry I am Bedroomworld. What a waste of time and energy. I ordered a bed for my child from this site and when it did not turn up I called. After spending most of my afternoon chasing and speaking to various customer services representatives and I use the term loosly I got nowhere as not a single person in the company seemed to know what was going on.     Appalling experience. Badly organised, with awful, bad-mannered and downright rude staff. The only noteworthy thing about Bedroomworld is their determination to extract as much money as possible for as little effort. The wrong product sent, and no procedure to replace or refund. I will be writing to both Trading Standards and the FSA about Bedroomworld.

    Shocking company, shocking service, shocking phone system overall APPALLING - do not use this company!!!

    Tried ordering a mattress, they failed completely - only once turning up but in the wrong day and were confused no-one was in!! (interestingly when I spoke to the delivery company they sounded annoyed and said this was 'typical for bedroom world') - nuff said.

    Oh, and after cancelling my order they gave me a 'goodwill' gesture and refunded my delivery charge - great....hmmmm since they neve ...

    Absolutely shocking customer service. Bedroomworld is my worst ever online shopping experience by a long way. Next day delivery certainly is not next day delivery.

    They give you incorrect info about delivery, numbers that do not work, slow response to e-mails and sometimes you call and the answerphone advises that they are too busy, no one can take your call and the line hangs up.

    Plus the bed was damaged in several places on delivery, although I am yet to resolve this with them.

    I bought a wardrobe and a matching chest of drawers from Bedroom World. The 2 packages for the wardrobe turned up, but they were both the same - so I had the same half of the wardrobe twice!
    I called Bedroom World and I had to list all the pieces that were missing. I was then told the correct box would be shipped out for delivery. I had a day off work - but nothing turned up.

    Ordered a leather bed and Memory Foam from Bedroomworld on Friday received on a Tuesday in two installments, but packaging had 1 of 3 and 2 of 3 written on it and was told by the delivery man that he would be delivering the third installment the next day 3 of 3, After waiting the next day and no package arrived , phoned the depot and enquired where was my third delivery installment , was told that Bedroom World had not sent it., contact them.     Buying a mattress from Bedroomworld turned to be an 8-month headache (and it's still going). They are by FAR my worse on-line shopping experience ever.
    I bought a memory foam mattress in September 08, which was supposed to be delivered two to three weeks later, but was in fact delivered 2 months later. During that time my wife and I called them about 15 times. Most of the times they would say that the would call us in a few minutes to arrange a new delivery date (which of course never happened), ...
