Stay well away from this company and the supposedly customer liason administrator, I had six weeks of stress from tnis person. Once they receive your money that is where customer service stops. If you are unlucky to have problems, as I did beware. I had six weeks of stress with a negative outcome. This person lied and was very muliputive. Shocking service. The centre rail for the bed frame was 4" too small, mistakes happen so not too bothered. I logged this online the next day and was told a replacement had been arranged. It has taken several emails and numerous calls to be told it is to be delivered today, took the day off work and rang at lunch time to check it was on its way, no they hadn't processed it correctly and it would now be Tuesday!! The bed and mattress I ordered together are good quality and great price. If you order together though don't expect them to be delivered together. I gave a delivery date and was notified the day before then again no the delivery day of expected time of delivery - I expected both items together but only the mattress arrived at allocated time. “Damaged bed frame delivered twice - poor comms/service ”

1st bed frame arrived damaged, no number to call so emailed asking for 50% refund to call it quits. 24hrs later received email telling me (no part refund, but they) they could re-arrange delivery 5 days later (sleeping with mattress on floor). I'm having exactly the same problems. The bed has come badly damaged and they are offering me a £20 partial refund which i think is a joke when 70% of the bed is damaged.

It seems that the real problem is that many companies are using the cheapest possible delivery/courier services. I've had untold trouble with deliveries via DPD (separate issue). I don't mind paying a bit more to receive goods in new condition. The hassle and inconvenience of arranging redelivery is untold. I suspect this is why they continue to use them, because the focus is on sales and the hassle and cost to the customer to go through with redelivery means that few actually go through with it and there's little impact on these companies. The only way this will change is if customers speak out about it.

I was looking to replace all 3 of our family beds. Found bedroomworld online, had great reviews. Ha, what a joke! Think they made them up themselves, can't seem to find how to get on Feefo, funny that. In summary; beds didn't come on set day, bits of the order came on 5 separate deliveries, wasted 2 days off work, spent hours phoning & emailing them and their couriers (who were equally incompetent), "service" team constantly fobbed me off with pathetic excuses, including blaming me for living… Read Full Review

“Website information wrong!”

I have no problem with the Maya Wooden bedframe that was bought - that appears to be ok as a product (assuming it doesn't break within a few months) My issue is with the incorrect information displayed on the website. Under "Delivery" the website quite clearly says (in 2 different places) that there is no extra charge for a Saturday delivery. “Flimsy rubbish”

“Avoid like the plague! You have been warned.”

I ordered a bed frame in the beginning of October 2016 and paid in full. The delivery schedule was two to three weeks. Its now nearly THREE MONTHS (Jan 2017) and I'm still waiting!!! Customer service (through email), is quick to reply however they can not answer your questions regarding an eta. They just give you various excuses for delays. How does one condense the ineptitude and stupidity of this entire organisation into one succinct paragraph? Delayed delivery, wrong product, and further delayed delivery to the point we had to ask for a refund. Worst service ever chosen next day delivery....bed frame extent came because they forgot to load on truck and delivered the mattress that was the wrong size!
