“Missing parts”

Ordered a day bed. Delivery was good. Unfortunately there were parts missing. Reported parts missing on 13 June. Received one on the missing parts on 19 June. Still waiting for the remaining parts. Customer service seems intent on blaming supplier. For some reason it is quicker to get a bed delivered then any missing parts. Will not be ordering from this company in future… Read Full Review

“Waste of time”

Delivery came with bolts missing from the bed and sent me a single mattress instead of a double . Waited in all day for the single to be replaced with a double and never turned up . Wen rang up about it just got told we have no record of yr order and that he couldn't help me . Then found out it was never going to be deliverd on the date given . Joke of a company . “Why are they still in existence?”

Like the majority of people, my husband ordered a single Divan. The order was placed by telephone and was guaranteed delivery for the next day. We also ordered a head board. He got an email later that day to say the headboard was not available the next day but would come 2 days later. Mr he next day, my husband took the day of work so he could remove the old bed and put in the new one when it arrived. On first contact everything is great, pleasant person I spoke with, very helpful and seem to know what he was doing, I was told next day delivery so I went ahead and ordered, paid my money for the order and accepted to wait a second day for delivery and not the pitched next day. on the agreed day I took time off and waited at the address for two hours over the slotted time, so I decided to leave and go back to work. Purchased a single divan bed. Failure to deliver in the agreed day with no contact to explain. After 30 Minutes of waiting someone in customer services explained that bedroom world is not responsible for delivery. “Terrible construction, chipped paint, no customer...”

We ordered a trundle day bed and received it a day late. But the real problems were with the construction. The screws could not be aligned with the holes, the construction was so bad it was a joke. The missing screw and broken piece were small issues compared with the actual impossibility of putting it together. We could not get through to customer services so we have not yet had a response to our email. “Absoloutley disgraceful!”

We ordered a double wardrobe with two glass mirrors on the 2nd April. A week later the mirrors were delivered smashed. We then asked for a replacement and a week later, Bedroom world delivered the wrong doors! A third time, we asked for the correct mirrored doors and waited on site but the delivery company didn't turn up! We agree with this review: our day bed was so badly constructed we could not align the screws , one of which was missing. The paint was chipped and the mattresses were filled with crinkly material and smelled of mildew. The bed is now in our front garden . We have had no response from the company. Do not go near this company.

“The worst distance seller I have ever used. ”

Failed to deliver on the day confirmed. Failed to deliver within the advertised timescales at all. Failed to deliver all of the components on the same day. Failed to deliver undamaged components. Bed not as described on website, a bed described as Oak in their wooden bed range is actually oak veneer on chipboard. Bed returned for refund. We ordered the goods then received a phone call from servico wanting to fit the products, I explained they had been dispatched and were with the courier service, after been sat in the depot for 5 days we then spent over 30 mins on hold trying to contact customer service, I sent two emails to which they never replied.
