Sorry for having to say this, but out of all my online purchasing experiences, this has been BY FAR THE WORST. I ordered a left hand wing mirror for my Renault Clio and received the wrong item 3 TIMES. The first one was for a completely different car, the second one for a Renault Megane and wrong colour, and the third one for a Clio but for the wrong side. Would not recommend this to anyone. My partners Mazda 2 needed a new mirror. I trusted this website due to the wide variety they have on offer. Mirror was a state! I snapped a screw driver attempting to undo the screws on the inside to attempt to fix another problem with the electrical plug (which broke when I unplugged the electricals which I am also not impressed with) I've used the exterior casing to mummify my old damaged mirror. Emailed them to arrange an exchange - no reply for 4 days - emailed them again - got a reply after 3 days asking what year my car is. Replied immediately. No reply again for 5 days. I recieved a wing mirror for my VW Transporter van, but it was not as ordered and would not fit. I returned the item and have proof of posting. The company deny recieving it and refuse to reimburse me. My mistake was in not using recorded delivery as this allows this company to act with very dubious honesty. I wanted a quick delivery for a wing mirror and I opted for the 2-3 day standard. It actually took twice that long to be delivered. The fact it took much longer than I had been told is one thing, but the bigger problem is that I wasnt told about the delay and they didn't respond to any of my emails. I purchased a replacement mirror for my Volvo, when delivered the quality was very poor, the there was not even enough metal on the clips to take the wires for the heating element and the glass was very cheap. Also the mirror did not fit, when contacted they said send it back and they would refund! 8 weeks later thay are still denying recieving the mirror and refusing to refund! Really please with the saving from these guys after some plonker damaged my Vauxhall Astra wing mirror. One of my mates recommended Wing Mirror Man so I did some research on their site wingmirrorman.co.uk and found I could buy just the glass and the cover instead of the whole wing mirror. Wished I had read "Do not use" review before placing my order on the 5th October 2012 - I have a very similar story. Excuse after excuse "lost in the post" etc before eventually receiving the mirror after 14 days delay. Fitted it only to find the wiring inside the mirror had been wrongly connected (you cannot access the wiring inside the mirror only by taking it completly apart and the 'free' end of the wiring is a multi pin plug and it goes into the socket one way only). So I went through a series of phone calls and emails to get them to send me another mirror. Sadly it is the 10th of November and I still haven't got a mirror a total of 5 weeks! What rubs salt in the wound is they sent me an email asking me if I had received it because the Royal Mail tracking system couldn't tell them if it had been dispatched! Sounds like they are buiding up to another excuse why they haven't dispatched the mirror yet. So I rang them staright away to find their answer phone on stating they were now closed - its 5.20pm on a Friday afternoon and they do not closed according to their website and answer phone message till 5.30pm on a Friday! Oh dear, thinking of contacting my credit card company to withdraw payent to them. One last thing, they make no mention that the parts they supply are non genuine parts .i.e I believe they are 'copy parts' so do not expect it to be a 'snug fit'.
