Same problem as others - wing mirror cover never arrived - eventually said they couldn't supply (co-incidentally just after the expiry of the period for raising a dispute through paypal). Original order end of July, cancelled mid Sept, still waiting for a refund, despite numerous promises. Will be taking them through small claims process.

Dishonest dealers. Product was supplied quickly but did not fit. They agreed by 'phone to credit the part; over 3 months later I still have not received my money back and wll now claim via the Small Claims Court.

I will never use them again

saved me a fortune over dealer price. ordered painted mirror which arrived slightly lighter shade than my original due to error with paint code ( dealer no help at all ) Repainted for me at next to nothing and done quickly.

THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK!!!



You wouldn't get your money back if there's any problem with your order...Believe me! I ordered my mirror online and I follow all the procedure of returning and everything still didn't get my money back. I returned it June and it's nearly Novemeber now..still didn't have my money back!

HASSLE HASSLE HASSLE...Believe me!!! Bad service!Worst experience!

Avoid like the Plague!!!!!!!!

I purchased a wing mirror and asked for it to be painted using the manufacturers code. It turned up a few weeks later painted in the wrong colour!!! Asked for this to be amended to which took weeks for them to respond to. Finaly they contacted me and acused me of qouting the incorrect paint code!!!! They want a further £20.00 pounds to put right so I have told them to bo[[ocks and taking them to the cleaners. Bunch of bast@rds!!!!

ordered wingmirror on sunday evening,got confirmation and informed item had
been dispatched within afew minuets.And recieved item the following tuesday
at about 2pm.Brilliant.thank you.

Wingmirrorman saved me over £120 from what the dealers were quoting. UNBELIEVABLE. The dealer said there would be a week wait as well.

I don't recomend Wingmirrorman for ordering online - never recived confirmation email, there was no trucking number or anything sent nt me. I ordered my item 6 days ago(Sunday) and it's in conflict with statements on their website they aim to deliver in 2-3 days. I wrote a cou[ple of emails to them - they answered only once asuring me they sent the item but never sent me order confirmation which i requested. Don't buy from them of you have more sure option!

When calling for the part I had no order number given and response from the sales chap was unhelpfull at best. I felt at the time I should have stopped short of ordering with credit card. Two weeks later, 'Parts lost in the post', promise of refund. Three weeks later still waiting. I have no confidence in this company what so ever. If the refund does finally turn up I will amend review but I feel I'll be more likely claiming from the credit card company. Only six phone calls to date.. one return ...

I recently found Wingmirrorman an excellent company to deal with. Part ordered Sunday (spoke to a real person !) despatched Monday, arrived Tuesday. When I wrongly thought that the wrong part had been supplied they were immediately willing to send me the postage to return it for a replacement. Mirrorman himself rang me in the evening to discuss a replacement. (It later transpired that I had the correct part and was being too timid about clipping it into the frame.)

Wingmirrorman a recommended supplier of wing mirrors. I paid £90 for new painted wing mirror, absolutely perfect with all electrics etc. Easy to fix with average DIY skills. Clear and easy to use website.
