Woolacombe Surf View B&B is a fantastic cosy little Bed and Breakfast set on the hillside in Woolacombe. It was incredibly welcoming and friendly.
The breakfasts are fantastic (and endless, as they assured us: "If you can eat more, I'll give you more!"). You choose which breakfast you want the night before, there is a good choice and they even do a vegetarian fried breakfast.
The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean, with a TV and en-suite. The only downside is that they have a shower and not a bath.
The views across the valley and out to the sea are fantastic, although the beach is a bit of a walk away. If you are taking surf gear down from Surf View then I would recommend driving down the hill in a car. That said it is a pleasant walk as long as the weather is good.
I would heartily recommend Surf View B&B, it is a delightful place to stay and very reasonably priced. THey will make you feel very welcome.

There is a welcoming host at this lovely bed and breakfast in woolacombe, north devon. Breakfast is huge and however you like it - honestly you wont need lunch, and the view is as expected - of the surf. its a lovely walk up the hill from woolacombe - not ideal at night however, as it is over fields. its about 5 minutes by car to the beach car park. its great however, as is 1 minute walk from the horse riding centre. Rooms are comfortable, clean and a good size. the en suite is perfectly clean and the only downside is that there is no bath, and the slight walk to the beach (impractical in surf gear).
