Monsters are lightweight and had no problems but their bushings are no good the need to be more durable.

All around really nice trucks, I don't know why their not popular. I wasn't to heavy and it had a really nice feel. I was able to ollie more then two feet high with them. They could be a bit lighter though

I have tried lots of different trucks on my board but i have to say that the Monster trucks sucked. I really didn't like them. They look cheap or shoddy and I just couldnt get them right on my board...so i gave up.

Monster trucks are awesome. They are so smooth and fast, they look great on my deck as well. Best buy for me for a while.

Monster skateboard trucks are my personal favorite. I used to skate Indy, but now I skate Monster because they look the coolest and skate the best. Plus, before they went under, Jamie Thomas and Ben Gilley rode for them, so you know they take a beating.

First day I got the Monster trucks the bushings on both sets of trucks split when I tightened them and they squeak when I turn on them. I'll be looking for something else next purchase.

I have skated Monster for the last 3 years (3 or 4 sets). I replace the kingpin with a Grind King and the bushings with Doh-Dohs before I even skate them, however in my experience they are the best trucks available. Great turning, grinding and profile. Very durable too, but that comes at a cost ... extra weight. Which, in my opinion is not that big of a deal. The set I am currently riding have been ground down to the axle, cracked all the way through on one side and still function perfectly. If ...

Monster - I purchased these after my Ventures snapped (the baseplate was torn in half). I was annoyed by the bushings which seemed to spite me, and I thought that these were a bit on the heavy side, but these are near indestructable - I am almost convinced that these are the single strongest trucks I have ever ridden.

These are very tough and take real beatings but I would advise another brand if you are a beginner. However if you are used to weak and flimsy trucks and yearn for rugged tough ...

Looks cool... thats pretty much all for good points.
And on to bad points! For one the bottom bushing always pops out of the side when ever you lean to steer to one side. They are pretty heavy, and finally so hard to break in! All in all these trucks i do NOT recomend to any one. P.S. they CAN be ok if u get new bushings, but why waste extra money for somthing thats bad?

    Monster Trucks:
The best/fast/smooth grind on any surface, without wearing at all! Cool design! But I don't know... the bushings are terrible, and I would never expect both axle slip and kingpin snaps with a team that crazy. A bit disappointing
So with new bushings and independent kingpins the trucks were so cool, until the axle started to slip!

If you are a beginner, for your own sake, don't get Monster trucks! They are heavy and bulky. Now if you're well experience then these are great since they are durable and well made.

These trucks are TOO good because they are excellent at balancing on technical grinds, such as nollie inwards heelflips to fakie salad... you get the idea
