What's really useful is the ability to assign process effects (such as sharpen, colour changes, JPEG clean-up) to a brush for selective application. Photoshop can't do this, though some cheaper rivals can

Hands on With the HTC Touch Pro2
16 Feb 2009

Summary
HTC has improved one of its newest smartphone models, the Touch Pro2, with better software for the touchscreen and a tilt screen.

Verdict
The Touch Pro2 is 116 millimeters by 59.2 mm by 7.25 mm (4.57 inches by 2.3 inches by 0.68 inches) and weighs 175 grams (6.17 ounces) with the battery. That may sound heavy but it's not, especially compared to the old Touch Pro, which felt heavier in ...

The tilting screen of HTC's TyTN II returns in this feature-packed business smartphone. No connectivity feature is left out and its large touchscreen should be great for watching video too.

HTC Touch Diamond
19 Dec 2008

Seriously, I had the chance of the Compact 4 or an iPhone and I made a terrible decision. The Compact 4 is by far the worse phone I have ever owned. It's battery life is pathetic and as for Windows Mobile, it just does not work on such a small screen. My brother has an iPhone and it's in a different league. There isn't really anything good about this phone. As a phone it's almost unuseable, the camara has such a long delay on taking the photo after pressing the button that only still life...

BlackBerry Storm
17 Nov 2009

I can see that there are already quite a few reviews on this subject but because i felt quite strongly about it at the time I would like to add my personal review.

The clickeable touch-screen is not responsive or accurate, the phone is sluggish and the navigation confusing. It is not clear how many apps are running at the same time draining battery and data transfer speed. Typing messages and emails was ok after a while but not great. I deliberately chose this over the iPhone...

Nokia N95 8GB
14 Jun 2009

Wow! what can i say, this phone is absolutly brilliant! I normally tend to get drawn in by the more over fancy looking phones but this time i decided to go with a recommendation and get the Nokia n95 8gb and wow simply brilliant. Packed with features and very easy to use. The music software is very easy to use and don't you don't need a computer science degree to use. Initially I didnt think it was a particularly good looking phone and to be honest i thought i was abit on the chunky side but...
