    Bad Points: Horrible pink site!


    General comments: Hotel Hippo is a great site and nice staff, good rates and first rate service.

    Booked 3 rooms for 1 night at the 4* Novotel at Bangkok airport. Price quoted was really cheap, had trouble booking using the Hotel Hippo website so telephoned company to complete the booking. Booking was accepted payment in full was made and we received our hotel vouchers. Unfortunately 3 weeks later the company cancelled our booking stating they had made a mistake with the price and that they would not honour it. They refused to offer a similar class hotel, instead offering a 2* hotel as that ...
