We ordered furniture from this company and there was a part missing. There is no customer service telephone number you have to raise a ticket. So far I have left FIVE messages to be called back and raised THREE tickets, all of which have been ignored. If you call and get through to the sales team, it takes a minimum of 15 minutes to get through and they are rude and unhelpful. I have raised a complaint and this has been ignored. Their hassle free return policy really is hassle free - there isn't one! I've been trying to return goods for over 3wks now and it's impossible to get hold of anyone, their ticket system is a joke (they just close the ticket to prevent you contact them further!) and when you do get through they make promises they don't keep. I ordered a cabinet from these guys, but the second after I paid for it I found all the negative reviews and got scared. Thus I decided to cancel my order. How would you do in a normal company? Just give a call to customer services, 2 secs and it's all done. Not with these guys! You need to call the Sales dept which tells you to raise a ticket. “No after sales service would be better than this fiasco!”

I bought a television stand in January/February this year and the door push to open was broken on receipt. Still not resolved and its now the end of June. They simply have no concept of after sales service and they are totally incapable of resolving the simplest problems. This unit has one glass door and one push to open catch that is broken. I recently bought a number of items from furniture in fashion having not read previous reviews! One item arrived badly damaged but unfortunately this was not noticed until after I assembled it. “Numerous areas of damage”

We received this office desk with obvious damage to the box on delivery. Found several panels with damage including some with scuff marks? is this furniture second had. Tried to get replacement parts via phone after failing to register parts on their "wonderful" system to find they have THREE day application date for damaged goods, outside that you are on your own to live with the damaged panels. I ordered furniture from this place. It arrived and one box was damaged. The courier took pictures of it before I signed for it. This was a low tv sideboard with light. When it was built by a carpenter (who buy the way makes his own furniture) the drawers cannot be aligned and there was a chip out of the top of the unit. I have recently had near enough the exact same issue and am currently pursuing my claim through the small claims court. There is no way they should be allowed to refuse refunds on faulty goods. My table was badly damaged when received but they refused point blank to refund or swap it for a new one without ridiculous costs. It seems that from reading the other reviews they have a different but completely unsatisfactory response each time. I have no idea how they are still operating. Trading standards have also been notified.

Unlike many of the comments on here, I was fairly satisfied with the quality of the products I received HOWEVER, when it came to sending 2 items back (due to a change of mind rather than damaged goods) the service was shocking. You can only contact them via a ticket service and so far I have received numerous emails asking me to accept a discount to keep the goods! “Shocking Service”

Placed an order for a table, the base was damaged on arrival, so returned it for a replacement, after 6 phone calls, 3 emails and 3 weeks I finally received a replacement.
