I have visited the furnitureinfashion several times. I purchased a living room set from them and plan to purchase a dining room sets as well. Nice Furniture- Good Prices. Definitely worth the visit ..furnitureinfashion

I searched high and low for my dining set on several websites and they all gave me delivery dates of 3 to 4 weeks. This was frustrating as i needed my dining set before xmas. I placed my order over the phone and the staff were extremely friendly. I told them i had a strict budget to play with and to my suprise i was also offered a free coat stand which made my purchase great value for money. Excellent customer service, the professionalism and efficiency of the delivery staff and the overall quality of the amazing Tokyo furniture I ordered. We are in a new property and it was a hell of a lot of work for the two guys to bring the furniture to us on the 1st floor. Road works were taking place and it was an effort for them to say the least. It's nice to have something run so smoothly and be very happy with all aspects of the order.

Here is my experience of Furniture in Fashion, you be the judge:

I wanted to buy a pair of swivelling bathroom mirrors and the best price I could get on the net was from Furniture in Fashion.

I ordered them on the 28 10 09 and was sent three emails in succession confirming first the order, then processing and a final one confirming 'dispatch' on the 2 11 09. These were all simple emails with no disclaimers, or special conditions attached.

worst company ever!!! Don't purchase anything from this company if you like to avoid headaches!If something goes wrong with your order they will simply ignore you!! We will now present our case to Trading standards as the company simply does not stick to fair trading rules and their support ticket system is absolute inefficient/answering machines always full and (on purpose ?)no one is ever available to talk to!

I ordered a coffee table on 15/11/09. The company boast of delievery with 3 to 5 days. The following day I was informed the table was out of stock and delivery would be between 10 and 15 days. I received no further correspondence despite three e mail requests for an update. very bad or none existing after sales service!!!!!!! we are stuck with a bar table and stools (wrong model delivered/measurements also not precise) which is far to bulky for our kitchen... seem to be unable to return items as suddenly there is no one reachable on both numbers and the ticket system seems to be automated.... we left several messages on answering machine and ticket system asking them to get back to us to arrange return -but no reply from company.... extremly disappointed as stuck w ...

Glass table arrived in a thousand pieces smashed.Trying to communicate with them is near impossible as the only person who answers the phone is for sales.Left contact number several times , they NEVER call back.Am now in the process of contacting my credit card to retrieve money.
The WORST company i have ever had the displeasure to do buisiness with , never again.

Service provided is great on the phones I have phoned up myself several times with quick questions,they are nice and efficient.

Delivery time was 2 to 3 working days. Mine did arrive earlier than expected.

Will recommend to friends and family...

Bought a coat stand from this website as couldn't find one in the stores, came in good time but wouldn't fit together due to very bad quality assembly. As others have stated, customer services does not exist, i wish we'd looked at these reviews before ordering. AVOID THIS COMPANY

We bought a table from this website a few weeks ago. The table was delivered in good time, but when we opened the packaging we found the glass top was completely shattered.
We have now spent nearly 3 weeks trying to contact their customer service using their on-line support tickets that they don't respond to and also trying to talk directly to their Customer Services people who never phone back.
We have now given-up on getting a replacement table and have demanded our money back. We will never b ...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - their after sales customer service does not exist. We have been waiting over 2 weeks for a replacement table.

You can't speak to anyone in customer services as they only have a sales line. When you ask Sales to pass on a message and they NEVER call you back.

DO NOT USE THEM.

damaged goods.
only contact is by email.
takes long time for them to answer me back and when they do respond they never answer my problem.
Now it seems they are ignoring my emails even when i sent them many photos of the damages.
Never use them again or recommend.
Best to buy from a store.

Absolutly useless customer service, don't bother to email as it will take months to get anything resolved.Had a problem with a glass computer desk, not interested in resolving complaint or talking to me. Just keep pointing me at thier terms and conditions

I bought a glass dining set from furnitureinfashion. I received delivery on time for all my furniture and am very pleased with it. Furnitureinfashion had my dining set in stock whereas all other websites were quoting me 5/6 weeks. I will certainly be reccomending them to all my work colleagues, friends and family.

Excellent and quick service. We ordered online and within the week our dining set was delivered efficiently and safely. The sales assisants were very helpful, with a massive range of products on the website we were spoilt for choice. i will definatly be recommending you to my family and friends.
