When I asked if all 6 matching chairs were in stock I was assured they were so I ordered and paid (otherwise I would not have bought as I had no chairs!). Then got a phone call to say they only had 5 to deliver and the 6th would follow soon afterwards. 4 chairs only delivered. 2 floor protectors rolling about in packaging. One missing. “Had to threaten to take them to court”

I had dealings with them in 2011. They refused a refund because I could not use the original packaging to return the item as it was sodden with rain when it was delivered. To get a refund I had to threaten to take them to court. After a LOT of stress I finally got my refund months and months later but they still refused to refund the delivery charges. i completely agree. They are appaling. I ordered a wardrobe. However it doesnt stand up so naturally i want to return it. It doesnt do the job its designed for. unfortunately I can not call customer services as there is no number.... all i get is sales and a promise to ring me back. for one month. and still nothing.
do you have a direct line for customer servies by any chance? ideally i would like to call teh CEO and tell him how bad his company is!!

I ordered a dining room and chair set from Furniture in Fashion in March 2013. I finally took delivery of the items in mid April after numerous phone calls to find out where our product was. The table legs were damaged and the oak veneer was peeling, the chairs were a different colour and had dents and splinters in the wood. This company is a disgrace. They have received goods back that could not be delivered due to the courier's incompetence, and now they refuse to give my money back. Hello ... Still waiting on my order to come through ... They sent me the wrong colour chairs and made me pay £178 to have them exchamged for the right ones .. For their mistake unbelievable ... Now 8 weeks later I'm still Waiting ... always full of false promises and only ever correspondence via email ... Once you've purchased they have no one you can talk to .. Customer services only operate by email in which they take forever to respond ... You cant speak to them apparently .. It's a complete disgrace I honestly don't know how they're in business ...

I ordered a glass table from Furniture in Fashion, it didn't turn up as promised, i complained, the next day when it did arrive; they sent the wrong table !!!! I contacted them on thursday and they arranged delivery for today ( saturday), it didn't turn up again. They never reply to my emails and they leave it to me to contact and chase after the courier, they are useless, this is the worst company i've ever done business with online. Brilliant service! I brought two items one was damaged and one was perfect for me! As I needed this for a certain date I had to return the damaged item for a refund! You're very lucky. A success story like a needle in a haystack. Mine was a nightmare as per 90% of the reviews. I did find the MD on LinkedIn and sent an email..no response but the company address is there. Looking at the web and the video, the showroom looks like an old attic stuffed full of tat. Maybe before you finish tonight you could go round and sort it out a bit.

I have recently returned several damaged items of furniture..this was done within 3 days of receiving said items..with photos..they have E mailed several times accepting goods back and stating now 5 days till I receive my refund..which I have agreed to give them. Well its taken 7 weeks but I have been given my Refund..less delivery costs etc. but at least have received it back...I did inform my Credit Card supplier and they suspended payment whilst looking into the matter..

What took the company so long...I did speak to them..and after that they refunded my money...Why do the behave like this... I certainly won't be shopping with them again and won't recommend anyone else does.

I do hope others get their money back.

I bought two items from Furniture In Fashion. A bookshelf and a coat rack. Both £60 each. They were supposedly reduced by £100 - a classic you've-got-a-bargain ploy. I'd say they weren't worth more than £20 at the most. Very poor quality. Described as German to make them sound good but they are not. Just poor quality materials and fit when assembled. The worst thing is that when I put on fair reviews on their site they removed them. This has been done 3 times now. Avoid at all costs. (read more)

In October 2012 my wife ordered 4 chairs and a table. Unfortunately we had mis judged the size in proportion to the room intended for this furniture. We discussed this with F in F and agreed that as we could return all the goods in the same packaging we could get a full refund. I discovered that one of the chairs had a manufacturing fault and called and completed a support ticket for a replacement chair. Although I did have to call again in a day or so the the service was great and I am pleased to say the replacement was delivery propmtly. also I got a 5% discount on ordering and as they had changed their promotion I was given 10% so even better. The company appears to be set up to restrict your statutory rights - want a refund or to return an item - forget it - it is a nightmare. Go elsewhere! They will have you filling out forms, jumping through hoops, they place the burden of proof on damaged items on you - a nightmare. I ordered a TV unit online from the website, it arrived very quickly, unfortunately 2 parts were damaged in delivery after contacting the website to resolve the issue, I found their return and damage service quick, efficient and thought the online ticket service quite impressive. I was definitely worried about the company when i ordered but i took the risk and order through credit card not debit card as it offer more security in case! “Is this a bona fide company ? ”

For over a week I have been asking for the dimensions of a product which they are selling. How can they sell furniture on the internet and not give the sizes ? I have called them numerous times and always promised a return call and have sent emails but nothing forthcoming. This is how I judge a company - if they are so poor prior to a transaction I would hate to think about their after sales services and judging by the reviews which are helpful I think I know the answer. I would have given no stars if I could. Almost too many faults to list, but suffice to say that after receiving bedside cabinets that were basically smashed up bits of wood, it has taken a further two months to get them to collect them (I have had to take another day off to do that), i am still waiting for a refund, and have not been able to even get the name of a person in the customer services team, because you are not allowed to speak to any - they try to force you to do everything... Shocking experience.The item arrived damaged and FurnitureinFashion's response was difficult to comprehend; collection was slow and problematic and the refund process moved at a glacial pace. We Bought a Dining table and mirror from this company. The Table Arrived with a scratch and the Mirror had a chip on it. I bought a shoe cabinet from them & had i read reviews first would have saved myself £96. The cabinet arrived damaged, so i called them up & was told to send them pictures of the damage, the item was clearly well packaged which suggested to me it was sent out damaged! I ordered a shoe cabinet from Furniture in Fashion a few weeks ago. 1/3 of the parts arrived damaged, despite being wrapped well. It was then the fun began....
