PLEASE PLEASE do not buy off this company, the furniture is sub standard, please look at all the reviews to date. I bough an expensive side wall cabinet and a oak table with 10 chairs. The legs to the table are incorrect and don't fit and the cabinet was delivered damaged. “My worse online shopping experience”

After finding my goods where damaged, I went immediately online to report the fault. As I was unable to use online ticket system, I called the company, the Customer Service option is never available and after leaving my number a couple of times and no one calling me back, the next time I called I opted fro the Sales team. “One word "nightmare"”

After 4 months of trying to get a faulty item repaired / replaced, I've failed. Simply the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I've been accused of incorrectly assembling an item that they sent to me fully assembled. I've been told that their suppliers don't make faulty items so there is no way they can be faulty. We've had the worst experience ever with an online purchase. If only we'd seen all the terrible reviews first. Appalling service. Despite seven calls regarding non delivery of furniture we'd ordered we never spoke to a human being. They go to great lengths to make sure you can't talk to anyone. Always answer phones and if you choose to hang on with any option to speak to someone you will never get an answer. There is no one there. They stated I am not entitled to a refund because I didn't open and check the parcel in front of the deliveryman (who quickly left after he put the parcel at the door). Bought a bar stool which was faulty and completely unusable, but they are refusing replacement, refund or fix because I signed for the delivery. Offering 5% off a future order as a goodwill gesture - yeah right as if I'd ever buy anything from them again! This compnay should be avoided, I wish I had listened to my husband and read their reviews before I made a purchase. The item arrived fully assempled and well wrapped - so well that we couldn't unwrap it to inspect until well after it was delivered. Ordered a sideboard in May. It was broken on arrival. F in F's courier collected it. No refund has been sent, despite endless attempts to contact them. Correct - they also try to misrepresent your rights under the Sale of Goods Act -by implying you need to reject the product on delivery and if you don't then you are bound - this is fiction!

“Avoid at any cost!”

Do not be tempted to order from this company! The photos of the furniture look great quality, but in fact are cheap and nasty. I ordered a shoe cabinet and on assembling managed to slice my hand open detaching the plastic hinge parts. Then when stewing the handle on door, it threaded!! That was enough of an attempt at assembling - bad quality, so decided to stop and return the product, before anything else fell apart!
