I had placed an order of cake of Rs. 575/- on 01/03/2013 which was delivered on 02/03/2013 but transaction was failed and deducted my money than i again placed an order on 02/03/2013 of same price which was delivered on same date. Really Pathetic customer service. I received response after delivery (Which I cancelled by call and by email). Customer service giving me respose like she is on chat " I didn't get any mail" that's all in email no hello no closing remarks. It seems like I am customer service agent. Very poor customer service. I placed an ordered today @May6th 2011. They sent me an email for failure tranaction. After talking to my credit company, I came to know that they charged from my credit card but didn't send me any confirmation email. I wanted to confirm with the customer service about the tranaction before reporting it as a fraud, So I called them but the lady was very rude and put the phone down. I have ordered a birthday cake 4 days prior to the delivery date and gave specific directions to deliver by 1.00 p.m. They didn't deliver by 6.00 p.m and the customer service told me they will take care of it with in an hour. After repeated follow-up's, they gave an another number to call for an update and it was already 8.30 p.m. The lady apologized and suggested me to cancel order! There should be an option of rating this site even lower than one star !!This site does not deserve any star category.
The online order was done for 14 FEb 2011, payment charged and then no delivery of the ordered items. There was no response on the phonecalls I tried numerous times oon 14th & 15th Feb 11. Lastly I had to lodge a no payment instruction to the Credit Card Company and am still following up to ensure that no payment is charged on my card... pathetic!!

status since power is not there and asked to send the mail.I send the mail

I had ordered for a cake for my mom's b'day and requested them to send in the morning at least by 11 AM. They sent it at 5Pm in the evening and more over the cake was stale cake!!!
When i contacted the lady to check when they would deliver the cake, she was very rude and started yelling at me... she didn't even listen to what i was saying and hung the call on me.

I agree with your review. The woman who must run this & answer calls is SO rude!! They do not deliver what they promise and unless your credit card has a dispute process (check many do), then you have no way to get the money they stole.
