    Good Points: Good UI, good experience, no problems using it, support is strong and fast, I was up and running within minutes


    Bad Points: Relatively new product as of today 24-04-2009


    General comments: Overall Drsoft WB Ticket System's a really nice and intuitive Helpdesk solution. I really love when you don't need any manuals to start using a new software and that means that it's very well built and with the average joe in mind.It has a really smooth UI design and the interactivity is great. My 10 points on this piece of software
