    Great service with Opentip.com, I dare say. I always felt frustrated when I finally found out I was over charged with unexpected expense, such as handling fee, or something like that. However, when I'm shopping on Opentip, all the cost is listed before I checked out. Maybe there are also handling fee there, but I'm notified, so, that's ok. I'm satisfied.

    Well, the Scent Zapper I bought from this seller is exactly nice. One day I found that one of my cushions smelled like cigarettes, probably it's dirtied by my husband. I had no idea how I could save my cushion, that's my favourite one. And then, I tried to spray the scent zapper on the cushion and the smell was gone. That's really exciting. Definitely I would shop from Opentip.com again.

    I bought an Anti-UV umbrella from Opentip.com, it's really cute. With silk inside and classic handle, it looks elegant. Item arrived on time, as described. Great seller.

    Opentip is really helpful. I emailed them before I made the purchase and they answered me with details. After the order was placed, they sent me confirmation email and tracking number. Great communication. However, the item could have been pack better, front of package cosmetically damaged. Internally ok, though. Thanks!
