    Good Points: came to visit at home
    not pushy
    make good tea!


    Bad Points: Took a couple of calls to get an update but i think they're understaffed.


    General comments: I called DCM after being told CCCS would take more than 6 weeks to handle my case.

    The lady at DCM was very helpful and the website had a live chat feature that let me discuss a few things with someone before i rang them.

    The gentleman debt counsellor came around and although i expected a heavy salesperson type he was actually very normal and spent most of the evening listening to me droll on and fetching me tissues as i got a bit tearful.

    in the end it was clear bankruptcy was the best option and i'm about to find out my court date but i'm not worried about it anymore and looking forward to the future.
