Creare promise a great deal and deliver very little of it. I found the whole process frustrating, lengthy and well below the standards I was expecting. This company is just after your money and trying to hit there targets. The constant pressure on the employees must be terrible and I can't understand how they are still going as a business. I spent over £2000 and got a pretty website but no return. It was a waste of money and there SEO processes are very strange. They made the following promises that they could not fulfil: 1) They would not enter the products for us. We were promised the earth and paid in excess of £4000. When it was 75% done they started chasing for the final payment. They were 8 weeks late on a 6 week project and every request was met by "that will cost extra" The a chap that did the web site was obviously new to the game and the the salesman's statement of "we are expanding so fast we can't get it enough staff through the door" suddenly made sense. Totally agree come across professional, once they start taking your money on DD they stop caring about your site, very amateur set up, won't finish simple tasks

Terrible company - fine until I paid for everything then had problems with the online shop - they then completely ignored emails and just tried to charge me £100 plus vat for my ips tag so that I can move to another hosting company - been requesting this since January so I contacted Nominet this morning and got it done for £10 plus vat. Take heed and do not deal with this company!

Creare hooked us by sending in a salesman who promised us the earth . The website they produced was Ok but lacked lots of the content we had originally given them and lots of areas were poorly linked together with poor wording and bad English. We have had an identical experience, and are of exactly the same opinion. Creare have been what can only be described as a complete and utter nightmare. I can only wish we had seen such reviews before embarking on our project with them (which, by the way, is still not finished, or anything close to what we wanted, 10months down the line!)
