Nothing wrong with the principle and the speed is fine. The question section needs significant work. Not really usable for a mobile and I’m sure an easy fix. With so many other competitiors in this field a frustrated person could move on and would be unlikely to recommend to a friend. No option for a login and no declaration of the intention to store or use your personal details which goes against GDPR. However the payment is “swift” and accurate with a nice statement reminding you to pay early to save on interest.

When in need your loan is handy though the interest is on the high side.

Should offer more but good for little loans when needed in emergency a very handy service.

I've had two loans with Lending Stream, both of which I've repaid early in order to avoid interest. Even though they encourage you to do so, they don't seem to like you actually doing it as I've been declined since then, even though my credit rating according to Call Credit has improved. Maybe it is down to them using a different agency outside the CC/Equifax/Experian triumverate, but to me it appears I'm not the type of customer they want as I'm probably not as profitable as they would otherwise like. If you want to keep borrowing of this crowd, don't settle early.

the use of the product is clear my print out was quite jumbled but ok it showed me clearly I could save money by paying quicker, but still wish it was cheaper. would I recommend yourselves to friend or family maybe no to borrow with you is a personal and the risks are if you default the penalty is high, I would not want to be responsible to that degree.

The service is very quick and efficient. The problem as you are aware lies in the punitive interest rates, which forces customers to use you as a lender of last resort. Because the mainstream banks have made it more difficult for those with poor credit history to borrow money from them, you have come in to fill that gap in the market, which is well and good. However the extortionist interest rates are not likely to endear you with your customers, or to ensure customer loyalty in the medium to long term. What we see is an element of greediness and 'get rich quick' mentality on your part, which is most unfortunate.

Althiugh the interest is high the ability to pay in instalments is useful and being able to top up is good especially if like me when one thing breaks everything else goes wrong at the same time. It helps to see exactly what your expected to pay each month befire committing. I would recommend for emergency cash. I hope if more people use this they could bribg the interest rate down as people who will use this company will ve in financial difficulty to start with.

Despite putting in the 28th of each month, you still put payments down for the 27th. You charge me late payments and i incur bank charges as well. this will happen on this loan and has happened on last 4 loans with you. What is the point in asking for salary paymant date when you do not take notice of it anyway?????

I paid my loan off early with a hope of maybe borrowing a bit more next time due to good history etc but they approved me for less than the original loan. Should have just kept my money and repaid it when it was due now I have less than what I need in the first place!

Good if you are totally stuck, would advise paying off early as the APR is extortionate!

OK... So I know that interest, interest, interest. I must be a fool to use any Pay Day Loan service. Needs must though. It's the only option, not only for me but others too. Now for the big "BUT"... Your going to ruin a sim card. Seriously, you will get lots of texts from other lenders. Embarrassing and a real nuisance at best. Borderline harassment and troublesome at worst. My advice is to use a burner sim card, like on an old phone that you only switch on once every day. TL:DR Ignoring interest.(don't judge me) Service is good. Not discrete. (will get lots of texts from other loan providers)

As the title suggests, they have a very user friendly website and are easy to use. Everything you need to know is easy to find when you log in. I expect the credit profile they lend to is extremely poor, as my credit history is bad but I am improving. The interest charged is very high so if you have a better credit status there are cheaper options!

just applied for a loan, and received it ok, as a regular user of lending stream the process was quick and straightforward as always, my only issue, is as a regular user with no missed payments, and a history of paying back my loans particularly early, i was extremely surprised and a little dismayed when i asked for 240gbp and was only offered 180gbp, both amounts of which are a great deal lower than what i've borrowed previously.

My only criticism is you don't provide for details of a second employment, which makes a persons situation incomplete.
