    Initially I was really impressed with the service Campmania offered on the Tuesday. I need the goods to be despatched the next day (Wednesday) - not a problem according to the lovely people I spoke to.
    However when I checked on the Thursday they hadn't yet left! As we were leaving Thursday night - 3 of us had NO sleeping bags, no stove, no plates, no lamps!
    Had to hold for 31 mins on an 0870 number (already made 2 calls earlier that morning) costing at least £5.00 just to speak to someone. No other number available.
    Disappointing after such a good start that's why they only got 3 stars for customer service.

    Don't comment much but these Campmania guys sorted me out. Didn't know what to buy, they told me and it turned up next day and for the best price. Said I'd give them a good review so here it is. Thanks guys - great service

    I don't normally review web shops, but I found Campania to be so good that they are worthy of a review.. I shopped with Campmania last week and found the whole experience very friendly and extremely efficient.

    Anyway, I bought a tent from them and a pair of trousers. However I realised as soon as I had ordered the trousers that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I called them up the next morning, was put straight through to them and spoke to a friendly lady who said that my trousers had ...
