    Good Points: Good friendly helpul staff, very clean place, gardens well kept good entertainment


    Bad Points: The loud music from the activity pool which carried out across the other pool just at a certain time of the day, but we did ask for this to be turned down and was told the Russians liked this but they did turn the volume down


    General comments: Truly a 5 star hotel the staff did all they could to help you We even had our cases taken to the room for us , plenty of pools - 1 was the activity pooll
    the rest were quiet pools and of couse the beach were you can go snorkelling, entertainment on the evening in the ampitheatre was audience participation or just sit and watch -
    We had a junior suite as there was just 2 of us which was very good with plenty of cupboard space and the safe was free to use
    There was a good variety of food that was well cooked and the staff were constantly cleaning up the areas and replenishing the food
    Altogether a good all inclusive, good for families and couples we do intend to go back, we had1 week and we were totally relaxed
