    Quick at dealmaking, poor at following up after they've taken the deposit. Had to push them to send details, and got them only a few days before the hire started. Vehicle was delivered to MAN airport, was in good shape. Fact that it broke down and that repair took 4 days is not Motorholme's fault. On the day the vehicule broke down (of course, on a Saturday afternoon) it took hours to reach somebody at Motorholme. Support during rescue and repair was inexistent - they left it completely to Fiat Insurance who operate from Italy which is not ideal if the wreck is sitting in Northern England. Vehicule return was no problem. When the security bond of GBP 750 wasn't returned after 2 months I started to contact Motorholme. Forget it. It took me almost another two months to get the bond released. Calls go to voicemail every time. E-mails; no response, or no follow-up. Had to start research alternative phone numbers to get through. This worked, but needed some active management (to put it mildly). All in all: We hired a good vehicule (which unfortunately broke down). The customer service processes are a joke. I will not be back.

    DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! We rented a motorhome with this company. When we collected the vehicle it was in extremely poor repair. The van was dirty, many of the window catches didn't work properly and the door wouldn't close properly so that we had to get in and out of the van using the driving cab doors during the whole week we had hired the van. On top of that, the charge for the van was extortionate in comparison with other companies we have used in the past. We expected a better experien ...
