Normally Edam is a bit bland but the Creamfields Dutch Edam is very tasty, at £1.15 for six large slices is very reasonable too. The cheese is excellent for grilling which is again not a normal Edam strong point, the cheese has a pleasant nutty flavor. I've probably purchased 12 packs now, and I prefer this cheese over cheddar for normal and toasted sandwiches. (read more)
