Carbery is simply the best Cheddar cheese ever.
Nothing more to be said!
It's rich in texture, beautiful in taste, and never any crystals.
Unfortunately in recent times it has been reduced from my local Tesco branch , and ultimately disappeared in favour of an inferior product "David Stow.
Please restock the shelves with Carbery!!
