We had sunseeker bifolding doors installed in our previous home and they performed flawlessly for ten years. When we moved to our current home, we had sunseeker ultraslim doors installed. That was two years ago and... so far, so good! They look great and they are brilliantly functional. One thing I would suggest is that you ask them to supply hooks so that the doors don't blow about in windy weather. We have recommended Sunseeker Doors to all the admirers of our doors.

I bought an aluminium door last year He has always been available for my questions and gave me peace of mind I will always have someone to go to in case something could have happened with the installation or the door. The door was installed and is extremely beautiful however we had a couple of issues with a faulty handle. I emailed him about the issue and straight away the customer service team and they got back to me and sent an engineer at 11am of the very same day the issues was reported. I couldn’t be happier as I know that I wasn’t just sold a door but I have a whole team of people that will be there if me if I ever need it again. Thank you

I was told about Sunseekers by a friend who had their slim door swivel and stack doors installed a few years ago. Our own doors were installed a few weeks ago and it was one of the best decisions we have ever made. They look great and are so easy to use and give you so many opening options. The service has been impeccable as well from start to finish. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I am delighted with the installation carried out in 2019 of 9 ultra slim slide and pivot terrace doors in our home in Surrey. They are incredibly easy to operate and allow us to open up our entire kitchen onto the garden providing a unique entertaining space. Sunseeker Doors Limited are a very efficient and helpful company to deal with. Everything was delivered and installed on schedule and they returned to service the doors prior to the build completion just to make sure everything was functioning correctly. We had the system serviced again a couple of weeks ago and again the engineer came at the appointed time and could not have been more professional. Owing to covid restrictions there is a specific format that must be followed on the internet to book a call out but we only had to wait 3 days for a service appointment. Excellent service all round and i would be happy to recommend them to anyone planning an installation similar to mine.

We purchased 2 sets of Ultra slim pivot & slide door systems, in total they consisted of approx 9 Mts. and eleven door panels at a height of 2500mm. From point of contact/order we have nothing but praise for the manner in which we were handled & the curtsey extended to us throughout this experience, this was some 4 years ago. We only every had one issue with the doors and although it took some time to make an appointment for a service call, on arrival the men knew exactly what they were doing, nothing but praise. It amazes me how some people can't understand that we have been in a once in a life time pandemic, I can just imagine what the company has been through and what it is still going through, having to cope with all the problems caused by covid 19.!!!! I recommend this company highly and wish them very good luck into the future, for producing a quality of life changing experience. And all British made & designed!!! SH

These have been a terrific set of four sliding/pivoting doors. They were fitted three years ago by Sunseeker in a pre-prepared 4m opening made by our builders. We chose them for two outstanding features compared to others we looked at - the very narrow frames and the ability to choose exactly how much of the doors you have open compared to the "all or nothing" concertina action of bi-folds. After you open the traffic door 90 degrees, each of the other doors slides smoothly to wherever you want them, or you can slide any number of them to the end where they can pivot 90 degrees and stack against the traffic door. We've done a lot of work to our house and I can honestly say these have been the best addition we've made. The "traffic" door is our principal access to the garden so has had a lot of use by our children. As a result it recently needed a bit of adjusting to keep it swinging closed as smoothly as it had originally. Despite being out of warranty, Sunseeker waived any fee for the service visit. Their cheerful engineer turned up as arranged and quickly sorted the problem as well as giving the whole set of doors a check over and advised on maintaining them. I'd thoroughly recommend them.

We had installed a beautiful set of Frameless double glazed doors over a year ago, the doors became tight when sliding and a service engineer was dispatched and resolved the problem. Our experience from start to finish was excellent & we recommend this company highly. Especially bearing in mind that they were having to cope with the pandemic!!! Herts

We had the ultri slim turn and slide doors fitted (20 panels in all - a very large space! They are absolutely stunning. The attention we received was excellent from start to finish. We had a slight issue with one door (about 4 months after fitting) and this was immediately remedied. I would not hesitate to recommend this product and Sunseeker.

I cannot rate this company or its products highly enough. I purchased 3 sets of frameless glass curtains 8 years ago and I live directly on the seafront in a locally listed building. The apartment itself is in the roof and as such has dormers which with the original critall windows limited the views of the sea.The installation of these windows means that I can open them up and have one aperture with no chunky framework to look at.It also brings the outside in making the dormers feel like balconies. The windows are subjected to gale force south westerly winds and driving rain most of the winter and in the summer months direct sun.They have never let me down in any way.The aluminum frames are the best you could get anywhere and the seal on every single casement has not leaked.The release handles have never failed and the locks never seized.The salt air has not affected the mechanism the curtains slide along and the felt on the sliders still has the same depth as when they were fitted. The only disposable item is the gaskets that run along the edge of each frame. These have just been renewed as they had slightly shrunk which did allow a small leak on each join when it was torrential rain. This was my reason for contacting Sunseeker doors again after all this time. I was relieved to learn from the sales team that the gaskets were available and a date was quickly made. They arrived at exactly 9am and after 3 or so hours the servicing was done.The man who came was polite and conscientious and a credit to the company. I am surprised that these windows have not taken over upvc as they are so versatile and user friendly with none of the downsides that affect plastics.I cannot see any reason why my windows will not carry on for many years to come.Probably the best investment I have made on my home.

About 18 months ago, I bought a set of frameless doors, and a matching window, running all the way across the back of my kitchen. I only have good things to say, both about the product, and the quality of service provided by SunSeeker. The windows and doors look brilliant. They (almost) completely disappear when folded back, they let so much light in when left closed, they retain heat really well, the finish is high quality, and they are comparatively well priced against similar products. The fitting and aftercare from Sunseeker has been a textbook lesson in how to do things right; courteous and professional staff have been on-site, workmanship is great, and a follow up request for help, 18 months later, was met with a great response. I'm totally happy to recommend both the product and supplier.

I love the Ultraslim patio doors that open up the whole of the wall! I had a couple of quotes and went direct to the manufacturers, sunseekerdoors. to have the doors fitted. They couldn’t have been more helpful and the doors were fitted in less than a day, just over a month after I first got in touch. There was very little mess, just some touching up to be done but we are planning to redecorate the whole room anyway. I can’t believe we’ve got them in time for the promised heatwave! They are very easy to open and the grey colour frames suit our contemporary tastes. It’s fantastic to look through the doors without seeing a frame.

We had a large bespoke glass door and three large fixed glass doors fitted in December. The product and fitting were very good. Unfortunately the large fixed glass panel we had fitted cracked due to an internal defect in June. As the window wad in warranty I contacted sunseeker and immediately the customer service was excellent, indeed the MD himself contacted me and ensured the repair process went smoothly. So within a few weeks the large panel had been replaced and looks fantastic again! So I would highly recommend the company and I cannot relate to any of the negative reviews on this website. A few weeks ago, the Sunseeker doors company fitted our bi folding patio doors and they are great but the company could probably sell twice as many if they responded more quickly to emails and phone calls. It took nearly three weeks for them to answer various questions. They are a small company and recently lost a couple of staff, apparently. On the plus side, the doors are British, well engineered and were efficiently installed.

We installed a set of sunseeker bi fold doors and they have totally changed the way we can enjoy the good weather !! 3 doors , opening fully to one side . The material and installation of the doors was an experience beyond our expectations . well done sunseekers ! Additional we backed British industry !
