I had this for xmas 2009 and I love it! Firstly the negative points. I've had a few problems loading music onto the player (it really shouldn't be as difficult as it was) and the Video element crashed on Christmas day so I had to format it (I tried to restore to factory settings but it didn't happen). The software that came with the player was out of date and there was a problem with the UK download from the internet in that the movie converter didn't work. After searching the forums I...
