    I purchased my Sterling 1100E from an outlet in France. It was black to match with the kitchen furniture, which was cream. On installation I found that the timer did not work. On complaint to the supplier, I found that the guarantee he supplied with the oven was for only one year. (I had to wait for barn renovations to be completed before installation) On contacting Stoves direct, they were really helpful and supplied a new timer by post, which, with their help was a simple matter to replace. Since then it has worked really well and I am very pleased with it

    I purchased the Stoves Sterling 1100E version with 4 Induction rings + 2 ordinary ones. Looks good, really good to use, easy to clean. Within the first 6 months of using I had to have 3 repairs done to the cooker. All were done fairly quickly and the repair company were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. I was very surprised to have had any problems with Stoves equipment as my previous cooker was also from them and after 12 years of use when the only thing required was to change th ...
