I went in yesterday to see a car which was £3549 but when i went today the price jumo to £4549. I spoke to the sales rep I seen yesterday and was told £3549 was without the warrenty and when I went today he tried to lie to me and tell me that he told me soemthing else. My car purchase was the easiest i have ever made, i wish buying a handbag was as easy! I bought a car from marshall & son motors over the phone i asked about any advisories on the mot to which they said 1 an that was a couple of new tyres, they said the car was pristine and no other issues. The car was delivered at a extra cost of £200 (delivery men were very good and helpful)the car was delivered and had lots of scratches and had not been valeted . Great customer services when tryin to sell you a car. Car broke down just 36 hours of buying, and Marshall & Son wanted ME to pay towing costs back to garage? Less than 1 week after having the car, had to take back for a full refund. Quick enough taking your money but not too easy to get your money back. Staff are rude, unhelpful and the warrenty isnt worth the paper its printed. Wouldnt use again, and i would strongly recommend you shop around before you even consider buying from... (read more)

You are lucky to get a refund. I took my car back just after 1 day of driving it, they would not have any of it to have it back, instead they offered to repair. Nearly two months on they are still “repairing”.

Electric window broke trying to open
Bumper clip inside arch was broken and was jammed in whilst purchasing vehicle
Assured vehicle hadnt been in accident, since found out it has (Which explains the hubcap not fitting in the wheel properly and coming off (No w lost!)
Sunroof leaks when it rains!

Excellent shop with a vast array of vehicles all shapes sizes and models. Fantastic customer service from the owners, I really felt like they understood the cars that they were selling. I brought a Renault Scenic from a guy called Ed who could not of done enough for me, making sure that before it had left the shop floor it was serviced and MOT'd. I will definatly come back here to by my kids there first cars.

Got a great little car from here a while ago, still running fine. Sales team were friendly and helpful, seems like a nice family business. My sister just got her first car from them, quite a bargain, dunno who was most pleased, her or my Dad.
