Went for habitation check today and dropped off motorhome at 830am.told it would take 4 hrs or there around .came back to collect van at 1 o'clock with no other customers in reception .we asked gentleman on reception if our van was finished to be told have U had a phone call if no go away for two hours when we went outside our van was on for court .we went back after a while and said it was outside on forecourt to be told it may not have been done. He didn't say he would check and let us know .another lady receptionist said she would check and told us it was ready to take away. We were waiting an extra hour for no reason.because he just couldn't be bothered to check for us this I find very rude as we had a long journey ahead of us this was also the same for another gentleman waiting for his van.he had a four hour drive home that evening and to be waiting when our vans were ready is somebody not doing their job. I shall not return to have any more services needed on my van.to pay £300 for a hab check I expect better service. I'm still not sure weather my van was done.bad service from Highbridge.

Had to call highbridge to sort out a problem with our swift sprite and because the van is on a seasonal pitch they sent their mobile engineer out . What a top class bloke very polite ,friendly and professional, he did all that was needed and gave us great advice for the future . Many thanks your a star ,will be seeing you in august for our first service. And thankyou highbridge for sorting it out .

We have had a seamless buying (2022) and selling (2024) experience of our first Motorhome managed by the Devon Branch. We cannot fault the service and would highly recommend the team to anyone entering or indeed already on the Motorhome market.

We have bought a nearly new Bailey Caravan, and this is our first experience of dealing with Highbridge Caravans. During the past 30 years we have bought vans from other companies. We have never had poor service, but the service we were given, especially the excellent ‘handover’ process was by far the best and most professional we have ever experienced. The service and care offered, from viewing, to purchasing, and then collecting was faultless. We look forward to many more years of dealing with this excellent company.

On Saturday I made an enquiry with the parts department for a friction pad for my Alko hitch, they were very helpful and informed me that they held the part in stock. So off I trundled to Highbridge to purchase said part, unfortunately the parts department neglected to tell me that they closed at 13:00 on a Saturday afternoon and here it was now 13:30 and the parts department now closed! Not a happy customer! I had a little moan and I was directed to another member of staff, K..e. I can only describe her as tenacious and determined. Bless her, she made phone calls, pestered other members of staff and we walked to the extremities of the site several times with a view to finding the part or someone who could help. With the aid of another willing colleague, who searched the now closed parts department the part I required was found. I cannot thank these two members of staff enough for their support, determination and customer care.

I have been today to look at caravans as we would like to trade in our 2016 Cadiz for a newer caravan. When I went in to reception to ask to speak to a sales person after finding a prospective caravan, it all seemed to much bother for the counter assistant to find one. He said " there not answering the phone" he suggested I " hang around outside to see if I could spot one of the two on duty walking about. When you are selling an item in excess of £20,000.00 I would expect more of an interest shown. One another note the complimentary dog water bowel was green in algae and the hand wash out of order. What has happened to this site it used to be a friendly helpful site for which in the past I have bought 3 caravans.
