“Quick to criticise, slow to praise.”

We have been customers of Highbridge Caravans for about 20 years and have purchased 5 new caravans during that time. Each caravan we bought was immaculate on pickup and We have always had excellent after sales service, in fact they have always gone the extra mile to put right any problems, which have been very few. “Great at sales, after sales care is painful and sloooooow”

We purchased a nearly new motorhome but the shower screens were smashed up when we viewed it. It was O.K. as we were assured this would all be rectified in the weeks between the deposit being paid and collection of the vehicle. How disappointed were we when the same smashed up screens were in the van on the day of collection. “Lack of customer service”

Bought a 2nd hand caravan from them and picked it up on the 24/09/2011 was told all would be ready to collect. No van was filthy dirty on the inside was not cleaned from when we first saw it. cup stains on units cobwebbs not recent ones hanging from cutains and toilet area. cooker dirty no plug for kitchen sink,original bowl had been removed from van after purchase had been made Mr NOBODY did it.Had to take back on the Monday as kitchen tap wasnt fixed fell of infact.Very dissapointed with... We bought a used caravan in March 2010. We were given incorrect parts and the fridge not working, had to go back twice more. Then on our 1st time away found the shower tray cracked, phoned Highbridge, and they had it back twice and kept promising to replace it, 1st the Manufacturers made them wait 4 months (their excuse,) then they needed to let the Manufacturer make a mould, they never once kept contact with us for weeks on end. We had visited other caravan centres before finding high bridge. We turned up at about 5.30 pm for a quick rush round to see if anything caught our eye. That's when we met Oliver, what a fantastic nice guy he was, we explained to him that we new they would close soon but we would come back tomorrow for a better look. Oliver promised that he would get us a coffee on our return the morning after. We arrived back at the centre at 10.30 on Sunday morning and to our sup prise Oliver greeted us... (read more)
