I ordered an item more than a week ago. Nobody answered my email,nor picked up the phone. I am going to contact the bank and get my money back, I am going to contact consumer rights. I am surprised all these people were upset and left a review here, and nobody did anything about it. They would have saved other people from going through the same issue. I ordered 3 costumes and silly me decided to check their review after buying instead of before. I panicked and called their number but it wasn't answered and no voicemail however costumes turned up the next day, delivery was 48 hours after ordering. All in all happy customer. (read more)

I ordered from this site and I'm so angry that this has been happening and this company is aloud to keep their site going ... delicious lingerie!!!! and also got a page on face book and twitter but they can still trade and take good people money I do hope that someone stops these people ,, this has now stopped me buying over the Internet . I am really really angry with this! I thought the 'delicious lingerie' site was legitimate until after 3 days of waiting fory order. I had confirmation emails of payment and order number. I ordered 1 week ago and not received anything sI rang the number provided which shockingly no answer and you could not leave a message! This got .me thinking sI had to cancel my card to stop more money being taken from right under nose! How people can do this is disgusting and I will be taking this... (read more)

Absolutely poor, ordered an outfit for halloween mid-November, never arrived (no surprise there, judging be the rest of the site comments) Received the same email as everyone else and there's been no answer to the phone number given. I ordered a basque 2 weeks ago. I received an email on the 6th September saying the item was despatched and should be received within 2-3 days. I emailed there contact email to which I received a general email with a phone number. The phone rings out and comes on with a message saying there's no one to answer and you can't leave a message. Placed an order with this so called company Aug 2012 but i did not receive it, wish I had used paypal or just read the reviewes before dealing with them. The good reviews must be their own staff, they do not answer emails the number they supply is a recorded message. How are companies like this allowed to keep trading? I wish i had found the reviews about this company before ordering! I ordered a fancy dress costume on the 29th June and recieved an email on the 4th july to say the item had been despatched! Yet I am still waiting for it! The company do not reply to emails and do not answer the phone. Luckily i have paid for the item through paypal so have been able to open a dispute, but they havent even replied to that. I suppose the good thing is that paypal will refund my money after 10 days. Do not buy from this company! Customer service is, quite literally non-existant. Ordered 2 corsets, said two days for delivery- took 1 week. I have also never received ANY email confirmation/receipt for my order- nothing in the parcel at all. I wanted to send one of the corsets back and then took a look at the returns policy which is another big con- because they always put a disgustingly cheap looking thong with your corset they class the corset as an intimate item and say they will only do... I purchased a corset mid September and when it eventually arrived I was not happy with it, having obtained authorisation to send the item back, I did so on 03.10 of which I have proof of. 8 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund and email this company daily, not once have I received an apology from them, I got an email on 23.11 saying that my refund would be processed in a few days, a week later and I am still waiting. What ever happened about your money? I am currently in this situation. I purchased my item on 14/11, recieved an email on 16/11 saying my item had been dispatched. Have heard nothing since. I e-mailed them and not one reply and they never answer there phone. Just wondering if it get sorted?

I wish I had read this before I ordered I have now contacted my bank and have had this situation before and the bank refunded me so lets hope do as I'm now 27 pound down!!

Love, love love this company. Just wish they had more designs to choose from! I have 3 of their designs but my favourite is their Applique Pearl Thong which is quite exquisite and I got a free gift as returning customer.Added bonus and lovely surprise :-) You don't receive service like this from many companies now a days. Highly recommended in my opinion. (read more)

Your obviously connected with this scam company no one else gets any form of customer service or in many of our cases we don't even receive the item we've already pay for. Instead of writing fake reviews why not answer some of the complaints?

NEVER buy from a company called Delicious Lingerie. The item did arrive.I wanted to exchange it so emailed straight away as the returns policy was that you were to email them to get details on how to go about returning the goods. I have sent countless emails, rang countless times and left messages, noone answers the phone or returns the call,and they never reply to emails. C... company , don't bother. (read more)
