Good Points: Very cheap and very helpful friendly staff.

Bad Points: Not found any yet.

General comments: I'd never heard of A-Plan before but after being put through to them by call connections I found them very helpful and determined to get me a good deal. I had been with Elephant and thought their quote would be unbeatable considering I'm 27 and driving a TVR, most insurers don't even want to know. They came back and easily beat Elephant's deal and then beat it again when Elephant counter offered. I've never needed to claim and never hope to but on reputation I feared for Elephant's usefulness. From other reviews I've read A-plan are good to deal with. I rather hate big insurers with poor pay out policies and a real lack of customer service, but hopefully I've found someone a bit different.

I only phoned APlan Insurance or a quote however the customer services person I spoke to was so helpful & unlike most other companies I spoke to she was not pushy & just told me what I needed to know & what she felt suited my needs. This was refreshing & influenced me to take a policy out there & then.
