    Good Points: none what so ever!!


    Bad Points: little communication, had problems getting through on phone!
    was told to put in writing asking for refund, of which I did twice and still got no reply and no refund.


    General comments: ordered selby corner cabinet from The Furniture Company, after waiting 12 weeks for it to arrive it eventually came with one package missing, after numerous phone calls and emails finally sent other package but still parts missing and glass panel smashed!
    after many phone calls and emails and 3months passing and promises of new parts nothing. wrote letter asking for refund, wrote another letter asking for refund, nothing. Its been 7months since order was placed!! finally I gave up! now have smashed panel and half finished cabinet.
