During apple season, I take great pleasure in making my own apple juice from my tree at home. However, I can only do that for around 6 weeks of the year. The rest of the time, my family and I all long for the taste of freshly pressed apple juice - but the majority of the supermarket brands just don't cut it in terms of quality. Copella is the exception. The thing I like most about Copella is how no two bottles taste the same. The juices are small batch made from a variety of apples, so each juice is different - unlike the supermarket own brands, for example, that taste exactly the same each bottle. This gives great variety to each bottle you open, and makes you want to keep buying more. I dilute the sweeter juices with water, as the flavours are so intense it makes it go round a lot further. My favourite bottles are the ones that have a slight tang to them. For the quality, I think Copella is very reasonably priced at around £2 a bottle. Quite often you can pick up two for £3. I'd recommend it to any serious apple juice drinker!
