Wanting to buy a Panasonic TZ7 Digital Camera I reviewed a number of sites before placing my order on Simply Electronics. I found their site to be very user friendly and links were easy to follow. Particularly pleasing was when I got to the checkout the price remained the same, the advertised price was genuine, unlike my experience on some other popular sites.
I paid a very reasonable £222.95 delivered and got a further £5 discount with a code I found on the Web.
The site included lots of info, including email, telephone and postal details and gave several secure payment options including PayPal and Google checkout.
I was aware from Google C/O that my order was being processed and my credit card had been debited then on the evening of day 4 I received despatch details, including the tracking no., and had the camera in my hand before 10am the following morning. SE's 12 month warranty was simple to register and confirm on line.
For me, this was as good as it gets and I can't fault the experience.

Decided to order from the website as best price for daughters phone. Communication was excellent throughout and delivery on time. Have not tried phone yet as it is a present but am very impressed with my experience as I have had nightmare experiences in the past with certain websites. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

I used the company at the recommendation of my girlfriend's father--and, whatever else, it is very cheap. Having placed my order, however, I came across dozens of negative reviews on the internet and immediately began to worry. Simply Electronics promised despatch within two working days. this is my first purchase from simply electronics. i have no compaints kept informed at all times even had email to ask if i had recieved my order a nice touch and the price brilliant carl zeiss 16-80 at £450 this is £130 cheaper than the shop where i bought my camera. well done to the team

I have ordered a Canon lens from them and they have notified me that the lens is not available so I ordered a different one as they suggested (EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 IS USM). They then sent another e-mail stating that this lens is actually sold out from their website so I canceled the order 3 weeks ago but still haven't received a refund (apparently some require longer to process!!!). I received my order later than expected. However they swiftly responded to all my emails and telephone calls and kept me updated. As the delivery was late they upgraded by delivery to next day delivery. I am very happy with the product and will use simply electronics again.

I have not come across this company before and picked it purely because the price was better than anyone else. There were no problems ordering the camera, confirmation emails were sent and one was sent when the camera was despatched complete with tracking number. The camera was delivered at lunchtime and was well packed. I will have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them to others.

I ordered a Canon lens from SE which was the best price by far, like many others I then read the numerous adverse comments about this company, particularly on this site, and was a little worried. I must say however that my worries were totally unfounded. I received an email the day after I ordered it saying that it would be delivered within 3-10 working days and that I could track progress on their website. The Olympus Mju 7010 only arrived yesterday! It looks fantastic is small and very stylish and has all the features I require. Not able to review yet as have l have to read the manual to get to grips with how to use it. Wanted a camera with a good zoom as have a trip planned to Kenya early next year. Wonderful value for money best price on the internet.

The delivery service need to be improved quite substantially. The website states delivery is 3-10 business days, I didnt receive the camera until a week later! Very disappointed because I bought it for our holiday and it didnt get delivered until we got back. So, a bit of advice for future customers, allow extra time for late delivery.

Bought a whole load of camera gear from them in one shipment. Defiantly the best value for money. and while the delivery was 2 days after the '5 working days' expected. Customer services were good keeping me informed the whole time.

I am a new customer to Simply Electronics and have to say how very impressed I am with the customer service I have received.
Communication throughout the transaction has been excellent, e-mails advising you of the status of your order throughout.
The lens arrived well packaged and in perfect condition, delivery was prompt and without any problems.
Buying from Simply Electronics saved me a considerable amount of money the price being at least £50 less than in other Internet sellers.

This was my first deal with this company and it was a very pleasant experience.
The website is clear and friendly, price was quite fair, delivery was on time and communication was very good.
I paid via PayPal and received the item 04 days after that.

Ok. Lets get the negatives out of the way first. This is 4th order I've placed with SimplyElectronics. They were recommended to my by a colleague at work. First couple of orders were spot on. I am very impressed with the service provided by Simply Electronics. Very good value ( Lowest price that I have seen ) Free delivery, and very prompt delivery in three working days.
