I have ordered a Canon lens last week thursday and recieved it today!! They informed me last monday that my order was dispatched from Hong Kong. They forgat the give me the DHL tracking number, i've sent them en e-mail, recieved the tracking number the next day with an update. Ordered a camera on 3rd December - plenty of time to deliver - they state 3-8 working days. Not arrived by 15th. Still getting vague responses from them. DHL picked up something from them last Friday. Simplyelectronics sent the waybill number and said my item would be delivered next business day. Ok. I gave it 3. It made it to the Gatwick distribution center where it stalled. I contacted DHL. They said the item was shipped by \"truck\" not overnight / next day. S.E. says it is a mistake by the shipper. Sure. I believe that. Now it is wait and see for the next week or so to see what actually arrives, if anything. I'll update. If I published the string of emails you would be amazed. You might as well talk to a wall. They have the canned unhappy customer response nailed.

BEWARE and notice the pattern. The positive reviews are likely to be fake! This site needs to check this out. They always follow negative remarks and they put enough on the overview page to prevent a negative from showing! Even the language used sounds like advertising. Like they say. If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it must be a duck!
UPDATE: 21 November - Still no package. Supposedly lost. They are doing nothing to replace it. They don't even respond to requests for a refund or to ship another item. This is looking very bad. They are very smooth and generic with responses but never commit to anything. There is no way this place should have any type of \"seal\" other than.. Well, I can't say that here. My problem cannot be unique. It's time to contact my bank and authorities. I've emailed Intermail.com in the UK to let them know the type of company they are supporting. They are supposedly the shipper for \"SimplyElectronics\". I don't know if they are connected at other levels. I will continue to provide updates until this is resolved.. Or not.

Tend to agree that the polarity of reviews (either 5* or 1* is a bit suspicious). I very nearly ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note from these people but got suspicious after encountering a problem with the website. Basically - nothing to click on when it comes to payment options. Rang them - lines not working. Checked reviews here and realised I probably had a lucky escape.
