  The reviewer who said the instruction manual was difficult to understand, was completely correct. The disclaimer on the back of the 'manual' reads
  
  "Proofreading has been carefully done to the manual, if there are printing mistakes, please kindly understand. If pictures and the real product doesn' t [sic] match, please take the product as the final and correct one. If any improvement on function and specification, please kindly understand if you are not informed".
  
  Highly ironic, since the manual is only slightly better than having no manual at all. Giving virtually no instruction in how to use the machine or its programs.
  
  Okay, so the manual is typically of a rush-translation job from the Chinese I'm guessing. Not very impressive and quite a challenge to understand and make the necessary adjustments to get it working well.
  
  In use it's noisy and the belt slips every few minutes (even after considerable readjustment), which means it's forever speeding up and slowing down.
  
  I think for the money (the wrong side of £500), it really should perform better than this and I regret spending this much on something of such poor quality.
  
  It's a mystery to me how it's got such good reviews. Personally, I doubt whether the glowing reviews that it has received are genuine.

  Hi all, came across this review site when googling branx fitness as I wanted to show a friend the branx fitness gym runner treadmill as I have one and she wants one : ) so thought I would share my experience.
  
  The company are excellent, had a little prob and not only were they fast to resolve but also compensated me, how many companies do that these days, the treadmill is simply outstanding. So I would recommend the company and there products to anyone.

  Had the Branx Fitness Gym Runner Treadmill for 7 Months, never imagined the quality could be as good as it is for so cheap. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

  I initially brought a treadmill from John Lewis, then saw that for the money id spent I could get an amazing branx fitness treadmill, it seemed to good to be true, but I brought a branx fitness Gym Runner Treadmill and OMG!!! I immediately returned the treadmill I initially purchased from John Lewis and am holding on to this branx fitness treadmill, its genuinely fantastic, HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRANX FITNESS TREADMILLS TO ANYONE...

  Fantastic products, I have a branx fitness gym runner pro treadmill and I love it, I still go to the gym but when I cant make it I use this treadmill and its simply brilliant and the company are a pleasure to deal with.   Avoid BRANX brand all together. It is a 1 man band company in Letchworth selling chinese products. You can not even read the manual becase it doesn't make sense. It looks like somebod just used Google Translate to translate from chinese to English - it is just ridicilious. The treadmill itself loks cheap and tacky. Avoid all costs!

  just brought a branx fitness gym runner treadmill a couple of months ago and came past this so thought i would rate. 5 star. amazing treadmill. also noticed someone saying they were not impressed with the branx rpe treadmill....im not surprised as it is not a branx fitness treadmill, its hammer rpe treadmill, totally different treadmill!!!

  I had a branx fitness treadmill (walkrunner rpe), it failed on me within 6 months and branx fitness have stopped answering calls or replying to emails. Treadmill supposedly came with a 3 year warranty...

  Had a BRANX FITNESS TREADMILL for 30 days now, WOW! unreal. honestly not just saying this but i think its impossible to find such a quality treadmill at the prices!

  Just recently purchased a BRANX FITNESS elite RUNNER Treadmill and it is so good, 80 programs!!! you simply cant slack! loving the body fat function aswel.Just a GREAT PRODUCT. I have had 5 treadmills in my liefetime and this one is without any doubts the best. THANKS

  The BRANX FITNESS Elite Runner is an excellent machine and have recommended to my friends, who have brought one also! the amount of exciting programs is unreal and the quality of the machine feels like your at the gym...best value for money I have seen anywhere on the internet or high street.

  Brilliant treadmill, extremely sturdy and reliable with superb programs and the after sales is unreal, top quality! The Branx Fitness Elite Runner is an amazing treadmill, great programs, auto incline, which for the money you dont get anywhere else.
  Truth be told there are no bad points
