    I would never rent from this company again.
    I found out after that Shane Garvey had a company called Fabien which was shut down by the fraud office.
    Type this monkeys name into google with the name of his company and read for your self

    I would never recommend Host Lettings to anybody. They are the worst letting agents I have ever come across and I am so relieved that I do not ever have to associate with any of them again!

    At the start of the tenancy, we had to arrange our own references despite paying them a reference check fee (all within 7 days otherwise we would've lost our deposit on a rental property).
