I ordered two tickets for an overpriced fee of £95 each for Coldplay for this Saturday 19th Sept (total £194.45 inc booking fee) back in November 2008. It is now Thurs 17th Sept and still NO TICKETS despite numberous phone calls with a variety of excuses, i.e courier not delivered but coming the next day and the tickets would be sent out then, postal strike but being sent out that day and the next etc. Last Friday when I tried ringing I had a message on the line saying "sorry this account is no longer active". My son, as an experiment, tried ordering 99 tickets on Friday (8 days before the concert) and the order would have gone through had he put in his card details. I have emailed on two occasions with no reply back. I spoke to a very rude man today who refused me a refund and said the tickets are there so I should go and collect them myself! I said I would be ringing the police as clearly they are a fraudulant company and he said "go ahead MADAM and let them laugh at you" and this point he hung up on me. We have had the added expense of booking a hotel in London and rail fares. Please please DO NOT USE THIS SITE-!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BE WARNED.

Ordered 4 tickets in March 2009 for Gig in September from London Ticket Centre. Paid £95 per ticket. Received a confirmation e-mail for the order. Small print stated that tickets would be sent out 10 days before the event. 2 weeks before the gig I sent an e-mail requesting confirmation that tickets would be sent. Received unofficial 1 line reply saying tickets would be sent that Friday. 1 week later no tickets. Phoned them, and phone was answered with "Hello" - No mention of London Ti ...

OVERPRICED TICKETS:
2 x standing tickets for U2 at Wembley, purchased in March 2009.
Ticketmaster rates: £55 each + booking fee.
London Ticket Centre rates: £190 + postage for 2 tickets.

TICKETS NEVER ARRIVED:
One week before the gig in August I had still not received the tickets. I emailed LTC, but got no response. I then called LTC and was told that they had not been able to source the tickets. They agree to provide a refund, and email me confirming this.
