Completely useless... Paid £5 postage for tickets to be sent out, later got an email saying I had to collect tickets from a hotel nearby the station. Didn't like the sound of this and could not get the tickets refunded either. Very dodgy.

I HAVE RECENTLY HAD A VERY SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCE WITH 1ST4FOOTBALLTICKETS.COM. I FOUND THE STAFF TO BE VERY HELPFUL AND ALWAYS REPLIED TO ANY QUERIES I HAD. THE PRICE OF THE TICKETS WAS VERY HIGH BUT THEY WERE IN THE AWAY SECTION AT THE EMIRATES AND TICKETS LIKE THAT ARE GOLD DUST. EVEN SPURS SEASON TICKET HOLDERS NEEDED 390 POINTS TO BUY A TICKET FROM CLUB! I WAS EMAILED 5 DAYS BEFORE THE MATCH TO SAY TICKETS HAD BEEN DISPATCHED AND I RECEIVED THEM THE NEXT DAY. I would highly recommend this company. I recently purchased 4 tickets for Chelsea v Liverpool at Stamford Bridge. I was e-mailed as promised 5 days before the event and again when the tickets were dispatched. They arrived recorded delivery the next day before 8pm, so really could not ask for a better service. Like most people, I was very nervous about ordering tickets on line but I will certainly use them again, despite the premium you have to pay.

I have now purchased tickets for 1st4Footballtickets.com on four seperate occasions and always get the tickets on time. I ahve had to wait on the phone before but this is generally only when there is a big event on sale. I am always attended to and find their service great. I would reccommend them to anyone...

i first time bought tickets from 1st4footballtickets.com and i think they got the cheapest tickets compared to other sites, and they delivered my tickets on time, but i am little bit disappointed with their customer service (waited for 10 mins!!) but who cares if you get your tickets. I will buy football tickets from them in future and would like to recommend others to buy football tickets from them.

sit on the phone for 1 hour trying to find out where tickets are , the phone gets picked up and put down , poor customer service ....., DO NOT USE 1st4 football tickets
