Kodak Zx1 Pocket Video Camera

“Just awful customer service”

Bought a Kodak ZX1 because it had a 5 volt input socket which would be useful for what I wanted. It wouldn't upload the videos to my PC. It wouldn't run the Arcsoft software, and when I tried manually to load the Arcsoft software, not only did it crash my PC but I now cannot remove the programs - in any way at all - so it's permanently on my PC! Went on to Kodak's 'Chat' Help and the person was unhelpful in the extreme - telling me to get a "PC Technician" even though everything else... (read more)
