Bad Points: Bad customer serviceUnclear pricing on any of the trailer tentsSales people don't even know prices have to ring office to find outTrying to push to buy on credit all the timeHard to find anyone to helpSalesmen request intercoms do not work, put you on hold and then hang upAt least £1,000 more expensive for second hand models than RRP of new models.Very poor customer service

General comments: Just went here the other day to buy a trailer tent. A few years ago we got a really good deal on a touring caravan from Barrons Caravans, but now they've been taken over by Discover they have gone so over priced. Their customer service is appalling, their prices are well and truly overpriced and all the time they seem highly concentrated on getting you to sign a contract to buy their trailer tents on credit. All trailer tents had their price tag removed and you had to ask the dealer for a price who then phoned the office to quote a price. No clear pricing at all and had to locate sales person hidden in office, there are buttons around the site to call for a sales person but they don't work. They tried to sell us a 1989 rust bucket of a trailer tent for £1,999 (eBay price £300), in the end went to Camperland in Northenden and bought a 2006 trailer tent off them for £1,300. It seems Discover are just trying to rely on the fact that Barron's has been there for years to keep customers.
