The Kingston Rose Theatre is barely a year old. It's unusual in that it is set 'in a round'.

First impressions when walking in to the lobby is that it is a modern and contemporary space. The abundance of concrete just reinforces this. The cafe / bar is a welcoming place with plenty of artwork on the walls some of it you can buy.

The theatre itself is smaller than you might think and it's surprising it took so long to build as it isn't that elaborate. It's set in a round and you share... (read more)
