“Make sure you tell them you want a NEW van!”

The van turned up a month late. When it turned up it was 9 month old, it had 500 miles on and 3 month remaining of a one year tax disc. plus i am the second owner! When i phoned to complain, they said thats why they can do it for the cheep rate! The problem is there not any cheeper than anyone els. At the end of my lease i have to pay the price of a 3 year old for one thats nearly 4. BAD all round i think!!!!!!!!! (read more)

“Finally got the renault van 3 weeks after they said it...”

Finally got the renault van 3 weeks after they said it would be delivered. Not even an apology, very pleased to see it though. opened up the van and they had forgot to ply line it, 7 days later they come to do the job. Boooked in for 9am thats the earliest slot, hoping not to lose more money on lost wages.11.45 they turn up and spend 90 mins doing it, so after re loading the van I had lost at least half a days wages. This reveiw is one still in progress. Ordered a renault trafic the first week of September having been faithfully promised to have it first week of October.I went with vanarama as they promised this deadline, they were not the cheapest. I rang them three days before delivery date and they said the classic Oh we were just about to call you line. Hi there, sorry to hear that the service you have recieved from us at vanarama has been less than satisfactory, to say the least . We have had real supply problems with Renault in particular. It's not made any easier by the fact that quite often we are in the hands of the dealer and the manufacturer in terms of getting updates etc. However this is not an excuse and the fact that you have had to call so many times is not acceptable. I know we may have blown it in terms of being able to supply you your next vehicle but I genuinely welcome your feedback and I will make sure that we use it to improve our service levels. please feel free to contact me directly if you would like to discuss this further.
