Flight starts a East Midlands on time in a suitable airplane with normal flight time, Drinks and food selection was OK if not a little pricey, service and staff a weariness good. Evening flight home was similarly however too much time spent on sales of all types with main cabin lights on full for whole journey, PLEASE give time for relaxing/sleep with lights down low.

Recently flew with Ryanair to Malta it was the best experience the seats were very comfortable plenty leg room and did not feel like we were all squashed up together. Staff were extremely helpful and made our holiday a problem free experience Ryanair will probably be my first choice to fly with in future. It was the first time ever and guys you definitely delivered the best service all round.

Ryanair flight Ovda, Israel to Budapest, Hungary. The tiny int'l airport of Ovda (or sometimes pronounced Uvda, but do not confuse it with OvdaT) (airport VDA) is not the same airport as Eilat, even if your flight may say to/from "Eilat-Ovda". Ovda is located in the middle of the desert and requires another bus/taxi. However, it seems well worth it, as even after the bus ticket the price is cheaper. Since Ovda int'l airport is hard to find, take bus line 392 to/from Eilat/Jerusalem. The bus stop is called "Ovda sde teufa" (in Hebrew) and since it's on the side of the road, you have to make a left turn and walk about 20 minutes. There will be a sign differenciating between the civilian airport and the military airport but even to the civilian airport you will need to pass a big yellow security gate with friendly guards at the entrance. The building is currently desert-red and sandy yellow (as of 2016). The departures entrance is to the left of the building.

Congrats Ryanair on having the cop on to bring back your user friendly website and change that awful website which someone who should be shot for costing ye money putting it on in the first place it was so slow a person would miss a flight waiting for it think of older people or people who are not good on technology now at least they can book with ease I had advised people to use sky scanner because it was so difficult to book and yes I do know the app is way , I must say I book with Ryanair for the value and as a person who used them a lot last year I only had one very bad experience I wish they had replied to my email about it but I will use Ryanair again

Spent three days trying to book a flight but it would not respond on my tablet or laptop. Please go vack to your original website which was so easy.

We recently went on honeymoon to lanzarote. We had no seats together. I asked the airline staff can we sit together on an already packed flight. All staff went out of their way for us and we got seats together. While on board Jose bought us two drinks to celebrate, and gave us great advise what to do on holidays. He was the best staff ever on a flight a true gent! Much Appreciated Neil and Maureen Toner

Had a good flight back from Venice. Left on time and arrived in UK in just over 2 hours. The refreshments on board are a little overpriced but we are a captive audience so hey, they make the most of it.

Not really much to say, it all went smoothly with RyanAir, I got a flight from London to Paris and the staff were friendly and everything was spot on. I'd defo use again.

I've flown with these guys a few times and as long as you know what to expect it is no frills! I've found it to be pretty good.

Travel quite often with Ryanair and have always left on time and arrive back on time. Never late. Also really like being able to book in online, thus has stopped the race for seats great improvement. I only have one annoyance, it's on board luggage. These bags are sometimes massive and bulging with stuff. We were very careful and made sure we were in the correct measurements and weights but you did not have to be too clever to see lots struggled with big heavy bags and frankly I find this dangerous not to mention stewards struggled to get the cases in. If there are rules they should be followed by everyone. We paid £50 for our 12kg case when others had more for free.

We use Ryanair between 4 to 6 times a year and are happy with their service. There is enough leg room and staff are friendly. Just returned yesterday from Alicante. There was an accident on the motorway and the bus which we used to get to the airport was delayed. Thankfully, although it was just past the final gate closure time, we were allowed through. Thank you Ryanair. One thing which is not so good is, we noticed that whenever the plane lands it does so rather hard. There are quiet a few people who get a fright from this, as everyone is quiet when it lands and then you hear the involuntary exclamations of many people when it lands with a thump. We have flown with many other airlines, boeing as well and do not recall that they land this hard. Surely this must also cost a lot to have the tyres replaced regularly due to the impact damage they suffer? Plus I presume, damage to the landing gear. Surely the pilots could be taught to land a little better!

After being told and reading lots of horror stories about Ryanair I was pleasantly surprised on both inward and outward flights both flights were on time and the staff very helpful return flight there was a few people not very well including my daughter but the staff were very helpful under such pressure

First flight with Ryanair having previously used BA / BMI and expecting that a low cost airline would offer lower quality and service. However I was pleasantly surprised. The bad points :- Leg / Arm room. Not being able to print boarding card before 7 days (i.e. before you leave UK if travelling for more than 7 days) unless you pay for prebooked seats (see tip below). Extortionate price rises in school holidays. The good points :- All flights on time. No check-in delays. (extra desks opened in Malaga when the line started to grow) Clean plane. Friendly pilot and staff. They didn't charge us for the few extra kilos we were overweight on the luggage. Tip:- Use the mobile app. I used the iPhone app to check-in and retrieve boarding passes whilst in Spain which took less than 5 mins, removing the need to find somewhere to print them off.

Ryanair staff are not always charming! However, the flights are regular, efficient and on time (most of the time.) Sometimes the lack of common sense applied by Ryanair is grating. If my small bag fits inside the large bag, it is lots of faff to take things in and out, however, I do see that the rules need to be followed!

ryanair is basically a bus service for the air. if you use it expecting the same service you would get on the bus or coach then you wont be disappointed. we flew from stansted to gerona in may 2014. only used hand luggage and handbag as allowed but ensured they were of the required size and weight. though once queuing we noticed that several passengers bags were way over the size limits but ryanair hadnt said anything. also ryanair made such an issue of the 10kg weight limit on the hand luggage at the booking stage and also sending us emails reminding us of the limits but not once were our bags weighed to check. got on the flight (yes you are herded like sheep and you do have to walk across the runway like you did in the 1970's) sat for 1 hour 4 mins. were offered drinks and duty free by the staff on the plane. then landed and got off. it was basically like a national express coach service. have used them twice now and wasnt disappointed. will use them again.

just got back from Gerona. first time I have flown with Ryanair since recent changes in baggage and seat allocation. I have to say that I believe the changes are brilliant and as a regular user (only because fly from Bournemouth) I thought the changes absolutely transformed the service. easy to board with no seat panic and even the staff were a little bit better. credit where credit is due!

on booking our flight with ryanair we looked on reviews which most were awful so we was dreading the flight.make sure your bag is such a size only carry a small handbag if i weighed our bags once i must have done it a dozen times.we were told a lot of the staff were rude.we flew from leeds bradford last week and all i can say is the staff were very polite and helpful.no problem with the luggage no fuss checking in.I can honestley say we have never had such a smooth check in same on return journey.Flight attendants were all lovely,so all my worry about baggage weight and size was for nothing.we will certainly use ryanair again.

The flight i went on was from leeds to Dublin and both flights were early in and really easy to board. Really cheap and great value. The air hosts were really on the ball as it was only a short flight.
