I don't know why people give Ryanair a hard time in the reviews, it is what it is and does what it says which is get the passenger from A to B as cheaply as possible IF you read the terms and conditions and stick to the rules you'll be absolutely fine and save a fortune on flights. “Damaged baggage”

I have sent 20 emails to Ryanair about my damaged cases that have never been used before, on our return flight when collecting our cases we noticed one of the cases only had 2 of its 4 wheels, we went to ryanair desk at luggage collection to be given a email address that did not work eventually found a phone number to be fobed off again and again, been past from pillow to post with no response what so ever. “be careful”

Ryanair is neither really cheap any more as it used to be, nor are they friendly. They are a low cost, zero frills airline - by the time you have added your luggage they are often as expensive as the flagship airlines.. I now prefer to spend 10-20% more and fly with a friendly airline, than one where I am constantly worried about getting there by the minute, at a silly early or late hour, having to put up with queues, grumpy, unfriendly personell etc. The one good thing they have going for… Read Full Review

The owner of Ryanair needs to make changes about their staff who have no public relations but perhaps they don't care if they are filling their planes. bad public relations, bad landings,no ice on board,crappy meals and beverages, limited amounts or no amounts, charging 45 euros for printing passports is highway robbery - luckily a nice man at the car rental company went on his website and printed it for free for us - so nice to know that there are decent people out there because you won't… Read Full Review

Flew home from Malaga to Manchester on 4/9/2016.Took off 25 mins late not Ryanairs fault due to air traffic control. Plane was clean , staff were pleasant and overall a very pleasant flight home . We checked in online 2 days prior to flight and were allocated 4 seats near emergency doors and loads of leg room free of charge !! “Round trip to fuerteventura rom East Midlands ”

I slightly overweight case, paid extra, then had yo check in free luggage allowance, so what's the difference. The cost of the flights weren't cheap, it's just that Ryanair flew on the days we needed to travel. Plane old, seats like an old bus, upright and uncomfortable, floor covered in newspapers and food on return flight. Check in, 3 staff for god knows how many flights all still once. “Just as bad as ever”

Remembered why I had promised myself not to fly with Ryanair again as soon as I joined the boarding queue for the Katowice flight a few days ago. Staff ordered us near the back of the queue to put our bags in the hold and in a surly and officious manner. “I was not allowed on the plane with my residence ID card”

“Don't do it!”

First and last time I will fly Ryanair. I had read bad things before I booked but gave them the benefit of doubt. I booked business plus. Arrived at the airport and went straight to the front of the checkin queue and through security very quickly. All good so far, but then it quickly went downhill. “Awful - just don't drop anything on the plane”

Terrible company - dopped my phone on the plane, but didn't realise until I got off. It was a total nighmare finding who to talk to. Ryan Air don't have a contact number so you have to ring the airport lost property (in this case the airport I left from, where the plane was returning to). After a great deal of digging I did eventaully manage to get it back but I will never use Ryan Air again no matter how cheap. “Worst flight ever!!!!”

We were flying to Majorca with Ryanair on 20th May. Firstly our flight was delayed which happens occasionally so we understood this. We boarded flight & the seats are awful, the trays were filthy & theres no leg room whatsoever & Im only 5'2" so don't usually struggle with legroom. Manchester to Barcelone 31/03/16 cancelled by Ryanair the day before due to French Air Traffic Control strike. Had to be there on 31/03 and re-booked with Monarch for same route on same day at pretty much the same time. Monarch managed to fulfil the contract but I guess that Ryanair accountants were not prepared to take the risk that there might have been a 3 hour delay and have to pay compensation. Cannot praise this airline highly enough, have flown with them many many times, never had delays, always been well looked after and paid a fraction of the price compared to other airlines.
