    Ryanair staff were very helpful and friendly. The airline appears to take punctual arrival very seriously and managed to get us on holiday and home ahead of time. The food was maybe a bit expensive and I would have bought more had it been more reasonable. I can understand food on flights is expensive but does it have to be that way? I have already recommmended Ryanair to friends and family and people living in Gran Canaria. I would choose to fly with them any time as I can be more confident in ensuring I make my connecting flights and buses.
    Excellent service all round and a special thanks to the staff of our flight FR6253. We were also able to use priority booking to ensure we could sit together. It would be great not to have to pay for this but as the flights were so cheap I was happy to pay this. Check in was also very quick and all staff in prestwick and GC representing Ryanair were very friendly. Prestwick airport was freezing and there were no coffee shops open! I know this is not to do with Ryanair but just want people to know to wrap up WARM!!!

    If I could, I would give Ryanair zero stars. I have flown hundreds of times for business, leisure, school and on many different airlines and never in my life have I ever absolutely despised an airline as I do for Ryanair.     good flight good service dont try to bend the rules and there will be no problems the thing that I did like is you cant put the seats back so you dont get someone dack and forward for the 4 hoursof your flight food and drink a bit dear but on more than any other airline all good realy

    Before complaining remember it is a bus service getting us from a to b at an unbelievable price,and from our local airport, what are you expecting. So the cost of food and drink is dear but where else can you go,
    take your own sandwiches and treat yourself to a drink on board. Thank you Michael, without you we could not do it
    again and again and again. (Please can we have allocated seating we would pay for the privilege)

    I have been travelling on Ryanair for over 9 years from when it use to fly mainly from stanstead. My feeleings now that slowly the prices have increased and the level of comfort on the flight is not as good as it use to be the food is expensive and poor quality. The flight times are excellent and I would say 95% of flights have been on time if not earlier. I think the prices could come down more for 2 adult and 1 child the price was £480 for a 1.5 hour flight its not that cheap in reality

    My experience, as a family with three young children, was to find out that there were only single seats available, despite being half way down the queue, then being told that the children have to take a single seat! No one would we let his 5 year old sit at the other end of the cabin with a stranger. Moreover, check-in was a nightmare, we were kept waiting for 1.5 hours! No explanation and no apology for the delay. Terrible experience! Avoid them by any means!

    I have flown with Ryanair a few times in the past years and the overall exprience was terrible, mainly due to their choice of airports which are far from any of the places i wanted to reach. The tickets were NOT cheap at all without any of the optional charges if you have a fixed destination. Onboard the staff was rude and the seating was cramped and no entartainment or complimentary food.     Ryanair, obviously not the best airline but believe me it's still very very good! My advise to people is don't take on board any nasty horrible complaints about Ryanair. They are so much better than EasyJet in many ways. The only thing you have to be prepared for if flying on Ryanair is to expect to have to fly to smaller airports about 40 or 50 miles out of the city you want to go to, so expect to fly to Paris-Beauvais and not CDG or to Girona and not Barcelona.     I have read a number of reviews where passengers have complained about additional charges and general ripping off by Ryan Air.

    I booked for adult tickets from Bristol to Dublin for a day trip.I was able to get 4 returns for under 40 quid. Then came the additional cost for using mt debut card. I was charged £10 per passenger to use the debit card. This I did find a bit of a rip off as there is no justification to charge per passenger.     I flew with Ryanair to and from London Stansted to Madrid for a long weekend to see a friend who works in Madrid. We flew as a family of three for just £180 return inc. one checked in baggage. Ryanair were friendly, efficient and 10 minutes ahead of schedule both ways. The only thing i disliked about the experience was the queue for checking in baggage, but we only stood there for a maximum of 10 minutes.     First review I've ever written for anything, but this Company is just so much a rip-off that I had to comment. I had heard all the stories but thought "buyer beware" and felt I was too savy to be taken advantage of, however first hand experience now means I think "don't touch this lot with a barge-pole!".     Very swift from car to plane thanks to booking in online. No luggage to check in so swiftly to gate. Staff efficient and friendly at Edinburgh and also at Bologna.
    On flight staff pleasant and well organised, good info on flight.
    Plane clean, seats leather so no grotty or dodgy material to harbour grease or yuk. Safety info in front of nose on seat in front- excellent!
    Not obliged to take magazine or stuff to buy so not pestered to buy plastic junk for youngest. No pouches of grotty mags/ sic ...
