    Good Points: None


    Bad Points: A frost free fridge freezer that needs defrosting every month and breaks down every 2 weeks.


    General comments: Do not buy the ARC7612 fridge freezer or any Whirlpool product. Never worked properly had engineers out constantly and as soon as 12 month warranty was up it has packed up completely. You would expect for £400 it would last more than a year. Just had an independant engineer out and said it would be cheaper to replace it then repair it. Customer services are appalling no help at all. Would never buy another Whirlpool and strongly recommend others to stay away from any of their products.
