99.9% sure I have found the dress! "Intrigue" is beautiful. There were other dresses in other stores but what swung it for SN was the service. Excellent shop and really lovely assistants who are knowledgeable and not overly pushy. I went back on 3 occassions after my first visit to look again (and again) at the dress and the staff were very accommodating. Only minor criticism is that the dress is not on the SN website. My daughter had an appointment at Suzanne Neville and we were blown away by the level of service we received, the assistant was so lovely and the dresses are absolutely gorgeous. We haven't made a decision on 'the dress' yet but they certainly win out on customer service! (read more)

I recently went into Suzanne Neville in Knightsbridge after searching for ages for the perfect wedding dress! I found all the staff to be really helpful and they knew exactly what kind of style I was looking for that best suited me, and went out of their way to make me, my mother and aunty all feel welcome and special.

I like the fact that the dresses are very flattering to my figure and made to measure so it will fit perfectly!

I brought my wedding dress from the Knighstbridge store. The whole experience from beginning to end was wonderful. The staff are really welcoming and knowledgeable. They gave me some great advice about accessories, and picked out sytles for me that I wouldn't have necessarily chosen for myself, one of which I actually went for. I recently bought my wedding dress from Suzanne Neville in Knightsbridge. They were absolutely superb throughout the whole process. All the staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The final result was simply phenomenal and it fit like a glove. I found the website excellent and I knew from my very first visit that they were hugely knowledgeable and able to be flexible on styles and materials to produce exactly what I was looking for. I went along to Suzanne Neville in Guildford to try on my first wedding dress and left feeling terrible. The staff were extremely snooty and unhelpful. I was pushed into a tiny changing room with a random dress the lady had selected for me and was expected to get into it by myself while the 2 shop assistants stood outside and chatted to each other. I went to Suzanne Neville Guildford shop last weekend , I thought they , the sales ladies were having a laugh. They had no interest in me at all. I know I wasn't dressed up ,but on the weekend I like to relax so I don't make an effort but I have never felt so judged in my life!I didn't see a 'special' dress but even if I did I wouldn't have recognised it I felt so uncomfortable.I would never recomend this designer, her dresses are boring and her staff have no idea how to treat you. I turned up at Suzanne Neville Knightsbridge the other day expecting to find some really fabulous dresses. The women there had no interest in me, they let me brouse through the dresses. Every dress i tried on she said was nice but i didn't feel any of them made me feel very special, she had no suggestions for me and just said at the end if i felt like coming back to give her a ring. I had my wedding dress made at Suzanne Neville in Knightsbridge. The staff were fantastic, so helpful and let me come in for an extra fitting to show my dress to my husband's mum. They even arranged for me to pick it up a few days later than the previously agreed upon date because my husband was having friends to stay after his stag do. They were brilliant, offered various alterations to the dress and the design itself if i wanted. As it turned out the dress was perfect, it fit like a glove... (read more)
