All I am offered are free texts. I don't do texts as I'm sure they know from my account. What a waste of time!!

the new surprises are a waste of time and it doesnt matter which duck you catch they are all the same prizes. i have done it loads before and always had a good prize free mins. txts. but the last two times iv left the prizes as they have changed to this "new prizes" iv just done it a few times to see if i can get a decent prize and all the ducks say the same. what has happened to o2, its getting rubbish.

I have tried to claim my top up surprise several times from O2 Surprises. In August the surprises were GOLD but were in fact of very little value at all. No free time or free texts. This is a very poor service. I am thinking of leaving 02 for another network. very disappointed. Not worth a star.

i top up regularly with O2 and look forward to the surprise but its usually free txts for 24 hrs which is virtually worthless!

every time i get O2 Surprises i can never get the benifit so i have given up and wont bother claiming anymore think i might find new provider

O2 Surprises is a great idea to give rewards for loyalty. Good to get something back. I do top up quite a bit in the month so I do think the reward could last a day or two longer as I don't always manage to use mine up in that time. So it can mean that you miss out a bit.

Why dont o2 just give extra mins or extra text to be used to any mobile anytime whenever. surprise reward has a limited choice of use.

I have been with o2 for a long time, and I preferred the old treats that you earned through topping up. this is because your treats would stay with you till either you used them, or your next top up time. this is the only critisism that I have, otherwise I have been very happy with o2.

I won £50 worth of free call time to o2 landlines, But now the catch, they had to be used within 24hrs. As I had to make no calls within the 24hr period I really received nothing.

i have been topping - up my phone for about 6 mnths and not won any of the big prizes from O2 Surprises. All i have recieved is free landline minutes and i dont even call landlines ever.

Having the O2 Apple iPhone on pay as you go, I find myself topping up around 5 times a month (between £10-20.00). O2 Surprises gives me that little extra, every single time I do, which is just great!You choose between ducks floating in a pond, each one contaning a different suprise - from 20 free uk landline minutes, 10 free minutes to any mobile network, 10 free texts...I think it would be good to be able to choose your reward as I dont really ring uk landlines, and use mostly texts...Bu ...
