The LG Arena has the potential to be very good, but has several software and hardware issues that blight it.
    1. It will crash if you try to edit a text box with a lot of info in it (e.g. an email).
    2. The reception is hopeless - it constantly skips between 2G and 3G networks, frequently saying there is no reception even in strng signal areas.
    3. Internet connections regularly lock up - requiring a reboot to clear.
    4. The GPS is good when it works, but most of the time it thinks I live at lat/long 0/0 - i.e. in the sea off Africa.
    5. While you can use the phone in landscape orientation for entering text, the main menus do not rotate so you constantly have to flip your phone round.
    6. The power button is used to unlock the phone. It sits on top and sticks out just enough that when it's in your pocket it often unlocks itself and then turns itself off.
    7. Battery life is atrocious. With very light usage (internet and calls), you'll be lucky to get 24 hours out of it.
    8. There isn't very much room for emails - a mere couple of hundred in total is your limit.
    9. Email can only be retrieved using the phone network - not Wi-fi, so be careful if you try collecting your email abroad.
On the plus side the screen is very good. The radio is ok, although doesn't get great reception.
    Caveat emptor...

I have the LG Arena KM900 & I have never disliked a phone so much as I do this 1. I have always had Nokia's or Sony Ericsson's & never had any problems.

This is my 1st LG but 2nd mobile from T-mobile & an unwanted upgrade from them. The phone constantly crashes, freezes & I can't access all the features on the phone. I can charge mine near enough everyday. I can take pictures but I can't send or receive them albeit T-Mobile have sent all the settings to the phone so that I can.

    This is the ...

The LG Arena KM900 is a physically strong and well built phone. It comes with many features. Touch screen is quite responsive. Some reviews have said that they are unable to text properly, I have myself had no problems, I am a fast texter too. The touch screen user interface is in early stages for LG but things can only get better. (for future phones). The only gripe I have with this phone is that the user Interface can be a bit slow. The screen sometimes turns off when u get a call, so you are f ...
